Welcome to Camden’s Cabana – Fully Updated for 2026! Looking for the perfect family beach retreat? Our 4-bedroom townhome in the gated, Gulf-front community of Regency Cabanas has just been refreshed with new LVP flooring throughout the main level and upstairs baths, fresh paint, and a brand-new guest bathtub.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Twin bunk beds with memory foam mattresses!
Community Amenities: Regency Cabanas is a low-density, gated complex featuring two swimming pools and plenty of green space. We are just 1 mile from Cowley Park, which offers tennis, pickleball, basketball, a track, and a playground.
SUMMER 2026 SEASONAL RULE: We are now booking for our 2026 High Season! For dates between May 31st and August 8th, we exclusively book Full Weeks (7 nights) with a Sunday arrival and Sunday departure.
General Information:
Parking: Private garage + driveway (2 vehicles max). Additional parking is first come first served and located right across from our drive as well as around the complex.
Trolley: The free Summer Trolley stops right outside the complex for easy access to the Boardwalk.
Requirements: Primary renter must be 25+. No smoking. No pets.
Security: Exterior cameras monitor the parking area and back stairs for your safety.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Facilities were in great shape for arrival and during stay. Kitchen was well organized and stocked. Our biggest drawback was internet connection which made family down time difficult when we were wanting to watch tv. We had to utilize our phones as hot spots to allow viewing.
The home set up was the perfect set up for bedrooms for our families and kids. Being able to walk to the beach was extremely convenient and made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The neighbor was extremely nice. We would highly recommend to anyone and already planning to come back and stay again.
It was a lovely property and it was a great time. I would probably rent here again! It was a great location close to the beach and the pool. My children and grandchildren loved it!
This is a great place to stay. It's a short walk to the beach and it is the most well - equipped place I have rented. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the house was perfect - just a short walk across the parking lot to the beach. And the bedrooms were perfect for us - the little ones slept in the bunk beds and adults each got a King Sized bed. I had a chance to stay with my family at this wonderful little slice of Heaven for a Valentine's weekend getaway. It was nicely located near the beach and convenient to the local shops and dining. The host was great at responding to questions I had. Description of the unit was right on. Definitely on the list for potential future visits to Pensacola Beach.
The townhouse was perfect. We lived the location and the beach was wonderful. The townhouse was immaculate and had all the comforts of a lovely home. We even found beach toys in the garage so we didn’t have to buy toys. I would love to stay there again
Beautiful townhome just steps from the beach. The one negative is that there is no beach view. The beds and sofa are comfy and the kitchen is huge. My family had a great time and would stay here again.
We loved our time in Pensacola and having the perfect place to call home while we were there made it so much more enjoyable . The beach access was a very short walk and the beach was gorgeous. The pool was just outside our back deck and the kids loved the ducks that came to visit us regularly.. The beds and pillows were very comfy and we would definitely stay here again .
All of us had a great time and the condo was all ready when we arrived so all we had to do was unpack and start enjoying ourselves.

The location is great! We wanted somewhere that we could just walk to the beach, and this was it! It was nice to have a garage to access all the beach toys/chairs and a hose outside to clean sand off. The walk to the pool was right from the balcony! There was a slight mix up with the cleaning crew, so the owner had to clean the condo prior to us arriving. We were delayed about 2.5 hours from check in time, but she refunded that night stay and did her best to make it right.We had lots of room for our party of 8. Everyone seemed to have a place to spread out. Kitchen and dining area was very spacious. Air conditioning worked great! Will look forward to a stay here again in the future!

This end of the beach is a hidden gem—just a few miles from the lively boardwalk and attractions, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.
Camden's Cabana is located in a gated Gulf-front community, providing a safe and serene escape with two inviting pools and direct access to a less crowded stretch of beach. As parents of two small kids, we especially appreciated the ease of not having to cross any roads and the short, stress-free walk to the sand with all the little ones’ gear in tow. It’s truly the ideal spot for a relaxing and family-friendly beach getaway.
