Free Beach Service-Beachfront 6th Floor

Beautiful sixth-floor balcony views of beachfront, barrier island chain, and sound area! Exceptionally convenient white-sands beach access and gorgeous emerald waters! Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and on-site gym. This beach condo is not only fantastically located on the quieter end of Okaloosa Island, but also comes with modern, coastal-themed furnishings. Access the Destin and Fort Walton Beach attractions only a few miles down the street. This property is right on the beach!

Enjoy direct beach access from the condo complex. This unit includes free wifi and cable TV. Each room is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and DVD player. You'll be able to stream your favorite shows on the Roku 4K smart TV in the living room. If weather keeps you indoors, play a board game or put together a puzzle from our collection.

Each bedroom provides professionally cleaned linens and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom has a king bed and directly accesses the balcony through the sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares access to a bathroom with the common area. There is a queen sofa-bed in the common area with linens available.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs with coffee provided. The dining area has table seating for four and four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Starter supplies of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry essentials are provided to get you settled in.

The fitness center is located on the ground floor. On the south side of the building there is an indoor/outdoor pool which is heated middle of October-March. Near the pool area is a large barbecue pit. Bring your own barbecue cooking utensils and charcoal.

Your reservation comes with two parking spots. One vehicle can be parked in the ground floor parking garage and the second vehicle in the front parking lot.

Perfect Stay

We had a perfect stay here with easy access to parking, pool and beach. Benefit of having a restaurant right beside the property for easy first and last night meals, other restaurants right down the street as well. This area was also a lot less crowded than previous stays on 30A which made it even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay, we went for my husband's birthday, we hope to return in the future, it has a very nice view of the gulf, it is a very quiet place with all the amenities, the bathrooms include a hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they have beach towels and beach toys for children, in the kitchen they have everything you need, all kinds of cutlery, blender, coffee maker, dish soap, toaster, everything in very good condition, I highly recommend this place. the place looks exactly the same as in the photos on the page.

Great Okaloosa Stay!

This property is a real gem on Okaloosa Island! Well appointed unit with everything you could possibly need during your stay, the in unit washer and dryer was a luxury to have. Great location, easy to get to from the airport and located on the quiet side of the island with gorgeous sunset views. If you're looking for some adult R & R this is the place!! Really enjoyed the included beach service too :).

Nice stay

This stay was nice only promblem we have is the condo is in need of a very deep clean. The baseboards and walls were dirty and being charged a cleaning fee I feel like the condo should be very well clean. We probably will not stay here again only because the beds were very uncomfortable. Over all a decent place on the beach and good location.

Suoer Clean Condo in a great location.

This property is super clean and on the 6th floor. The view was absolutely amazing.Shopping,resteraunts and groceries were very close. The pool was very nice and the beach was the prettiest I've ever seen. Both of those were steps away from the Condo. There are chairs and umbrellas at the beach that u have access to. It is 1st come 1st serve. In order to reserve you must pay 15$ a day. Its still worth it.The host waa very eaay to get a hold of and very nice. I definitely would stay here again

Thank you for your review and bringing up the beach service. I contacted the company to clarify. The service is free to my guests and guarantees two chairs and an umbrella every day. The fee you mentioned is only charged if you would like to have the same spot reserved for your whole stay.

We had a good week. The condo was perfect for myself, spouse and another couple. It was decorated so cute. Loved it. Only thing we would suggest would be to add or update cookware. We ended up buying a pan to cook with at Walmart. The only downfall to the whole trip was the building itself only had one working elevator. We stayed mid July, very busy a lot of people were there & spent some time waiting to get on. Overall would definitely recommend to others.

End of summer getaway

This condo was right on the beach. We were on the 6th floor. It came with everything you need to start your vacation as well as shampoo conditioner and body wash on the showers. I think it could use a deep cleaning. The pillows were pretty stiff like waterproof almost and the bed was pretty stiff as well but some people like a hard bed. Beyond that I loved the stay, the water was beautiful and the sand was beautiful. The beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice bonus but you should get down to the beach early to grab a set bc a lot of them are already reserved and that’s a 15$ fee.

Vacation 2023

Overall the vacation and stay was good. It was our first time staying in Fort Walton as we normally stay in the Destin or Miramar Beach areas. Two things stood out to my entire family that needed improvement. The first being the cleanliness. I understand that cleaning companies are used for these type of rentals and that they are in & out with the cleaning to get it ready for the next renters. The baseboards were really dirty, the floor on the sides of the toilets were really dirty (neglected for more than one cleaning), ceiling fans were dusty with visible dust on the edges, the comforter in the first bedroom had stains on it (my kids just didn’t use the comforter because it was stained). This brings me to my next point, the mattresses were terrible and uncomfortable! There were 4 of us staying in the rental, none of which slept well the entire duration. The beds were almost like sleeping on a pile of bricks, while using flat pillows. We actually left the night before our checkout to make the 7.5 hour drive home because we couldn’t stand sleeping in the beds for another night.

Great Location!

Quiet location and a very clean condo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of sheets and towels. It is an older unit, but well maintained. Communication with Whitley was great, very quick to respond. It was so nice to have a heated pool. The kids loved swimming indoors since it was cold and windy on the beach. There is a beach chair, sand toys, and beach towels in the condo so no need to bring your own. Overall we had a great time and are looking forward to returning to Ft. Walton Beach in the summer!
