Luxurious Vacation Home, Chateau du Soleil , for Lease: Welcome to your Dream private vacation home, newly built in 2013 and one of the most Magnificent Vacation homes on Siesta Key. From the moment you walk into the Spacious open first floor, you will know you made the perfect choice for a vacation single family home rental on famous Siesta Key. Decorated in a "Beachy" style, you will be Comfortable right away. The main floor has a Fabulous Gourmet kitchen with huge island fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes and pans you will need. There is a separate bar area with stools. The dining room table easily seats 7 so there is plenty of room for all the family to be together. The large sliding glass door opens to an expansive deck overlooking the pool area. The main floor also has a Queen size bedroom and a full bathroom with unique, pebble floor shower.
Upstairs are three bedrooms including the palatial master King bedroom with a private outside balcony. With its partial Ocean View, it's a great retreat for sipping a margarita and watching the sun set. The master bath has an elegant pedestal tub to soak your cares away. There is also a separate stall shower with rain shower head drenching you in cascading droplets. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, with access to the front facing balcony. Bedroom three features a Great Kids Room, with two sets of bunk beds they will surely enjoy. An adjacent full size bathroom is shared by both guest bedrooms. The second floor laundry has a full size washer and dryer.
The Heated Salt water pool (heated to 84 F. November thru March) is located on the ground floor and invites you to the refreshing sound of its flowing waterfall. The outside shower, tables, chairs, and lounges are for your comfort while sitting and relaxing pool side.
Siesta Key Beach is only a quick block and a half stroll to the powdery white sand and turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters. Siesta Key Village is an easy walk three blocks away following the village sidewalks. There you will find leisurely dining and shopping for all. Everything necessary is at hand to enjoy a Wonderful Vacation on the Isle of Siesta Key.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. The location is great and only a short walk to the beach. The pool is a good size and we loved that the patio surrounding the pool had a ton of seating. Jay was a great host with a very quick response time. The house was stocked with everything that we needed. I would definitely book this house again.

This house was perfect for our vacation for our group of 9 people. We had 4 adults and 5 children. The bunk bedroom was perfect for the younger kids, and the teenager loved having their own room away from the kids. The guest bedroom downstairs was great and the only suggestion I would have is for a black out curtain in addition to the blinds. The front porch lights are on all night and it tends to be bright in that room. (Even with the blinds closed). since the lights are controlled by the property, there was no way of turning the lights off.The pool area was great and we took advantage of the sitting area outside as well. It was perfect walking distance from the village in the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed and it is one of our favorite homes that we have rented in Siesta Key. We have been down there for 6 years during Spring Break and we hope to return to the same property if it’s available.Jay was a great communicator and whenever I text him with any questions, he answered immediately. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

This was our 2nd time staying at Chateau.Our host, Jay was very helpful and a good communicator. House was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Pool area outside was very nice. A wagon with beach chairs, toys and anything needed for the beach was in the garage. Check in was easy. We will be staying with Jay again m, he was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

The house was very clean, Jay was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is close to the village and a short walk to the beach. The host has provided everything you could need in the home. We loved having the pool in the yard when the wind picked up on the beach. I hope to be able to stay at this property again.

Fantastic Property for a Group

I am so happy we found this property for our family vacation! We had 6 adults and 3 children (6 and under), and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is nice and big so multiple people can be in there at the same time and not feel like you are on top of each other. The pool was a favorite for everyone! It is larger than it looks in the photos. The perfect size for our group. This was by far the best stocked VRBO that I have stayed in and Jay was fantastic when it came to communicating. The walk to the beach was very short and the walk to the village was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again!
