Great location and house

The house was perfect for the amount of girls that we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the beach but also close to downtown. Would stay again!

Stayed only 2 days but it was an excellent time. Place looked newly renovated. Very spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Backyard with the pool and lawn games was very nice. Would stay again!

We are beyond happy with our stay! Jarrod was an amazing host and so helpful! The entire house is gorgeous and VERY clean! Really nice new appliances and comfy beds. The pool is awesome. And the guys loved the arcade games! I would 100% stay here again and will highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Siesta Key!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, earning a solid 10/10 for cleanliness. Each room was tidy and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat for us. The accommodation was excellent. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely soft towels, high quality bedding, first class fitted kitchen - all the appliances and utensils could think of. Pool was brilliant - nice to have a decent depth and being salt water perfect. Games room well used - air hockey etc. great .Its about 1.2 miles to village and beach so sometimes walked or 10 uber. Host was excellent.

We got away from the snow!!

This house was beautiful in every way! It had wonderfully spacious bedrooms and awesome living spaces. Very private. Loved the awesome game room downstairs for the entertainment of our two young grandsons. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and I recommend very highly!!!

Jarrod was a gracious host and helped us with recommendations etc. Our 20 month old loved running around the house and when we asked to put on some furniture protectors Jarrod did not mind at all. The house was comfortable and fun. The pool area grass was a bit bogged down with some rain and the grass may need replacing but I am certain Jarrod would improve on that. Lots of places to eat right and Uber Eats deliveries were very quick and easy. We would love to return and stay again on our next trip.

The perfect house!

The property looks exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, clean, and so well equipped! There was nothing we needed. Nothing. Comfortable. Spacious. The backyard is a dream, and a mile to the beach. We loved every minute of our stay. You feel as if you’re in a tree house in the master bedroom. The trees are gorgeous. We cannot wait to return!

Couldn't have rented any better place than this with our family of nine. Beautiful home! Comfortable beds and well stocked! Heated pool and fire pit and nice yard! Great location! Host was the best - if I had questions host was quick to get back with me and always so helpful. Even sent suggestions for fun things to do! Had pool floats and great outdoor lounge chairs and table and chairs if we wanted to eat by the pool. Loved the air hockey, video games, recipe books, TV in every bedroom, three living room areas, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great vacation!!!!!

House is nice and kitchen is well appointed. Linens, beds and pillows are nice although there were not enough bath towels for all 10 people. Host was responsive and sent over pest control when we found ants in the kitchen, getting into the food we had out. Pool, back yard, fire pit and arcade room are great! Unfortunately we didn’t know that we had to request host to turn on pool heater so we had a cold pool for the first 24 hours. Parking for three cars, but beware that you have to back out onto a busy road. House has 4 beach chairs, cooler and wagon which was so nice for going to the beach. It would have been nice to have a broom or vacuum to keep things clean. Note that host provides starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, tissues. You will need to buy more if staying more than a couple of nights. Beautiful decor. We brought chairs in from outside so that we could all dine together at the kitchen table. Kids all had a great time staying here!

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. To clarify for future guests, like all residential pool systems, the pool heater does not run continuously 24 hours a day and automatically restarts each morning. We have no issue providing pool heat; however, due to prior guest feedback, the heater is activated upon request for the initial night, which is communicated prior to arrival. Once notified, we are happy to turn it on. After the initial night, guests are provided with instructions on how to operate the heater themselves. Prompt communication allows us to address needs immediately. There were sufficient linens and bath towels provided for the home’s maximum occupancy. Due to the size of the property and multiple rooms, items are stored across several cabinets. The same applies to dining chairs, which are provided for maximum occupancy but may require checking adjacent areas. Additional items are always available upon request during the stay. The starter supply provided includes multiple rolls of paper towels, 2–3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom across three full bathrooms, 5–7 kitchen trash bags, and a full set of dish, laundry, and bathroom soaps, including shampoo and conditioner. As noted in the listing, starter supplies are intended to cover the beginning of the stay, with guests replenishing as needed. We appreciate you contacting us regarding the ants, which allowed us to respond promptly with professional pest control and reimbursement options. Thank you again for choosing our home. We’re pleased that overall it was an enjoyable stay.
