Your starter kit includes:
A starter pack of essentials will be supplied to get you started (2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls toilet paper per toilet, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, beach chairs, cooler, towels and washcloths, linens for each bed, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, coffee filters etc.) *But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need or restocked*

The street does get busy, so there will be street noise when you are in the backyard.

Siesta Key is a barrier island home to vacationers, snowbirds and fulltime residents. Walking, biking, driving are all preferred methods with plenty of parking at the beach for pickleball, surf, sun and also the village for drinks, food and people watching.

Guests will have access to all area excepted a locked supply closet and garage. There is a camera on the front of the house facing the driveway that is active at all times and one in the backyard. It is for our safety and your own :)

o No smoking, No parties and No pets.
o Quiet time hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. This property is equipped with decibel monitoring sensors located inside and outside of the home.
o Failure to respect the house rule will result in a $250 fine and your account will be reported to the platform.

This home has weekly landscaping maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.

No one who is not on the original request to rent is authorized to stay at the house overnight in the house or on the property.

We also must cap the total number of people at the house or staying on the property at 10, including yourselves as renters. We want you to enjoy YOUR time at the house, and on the Key, but we cannot be a place where constant visitors are turning up to join in your vacation. We hope you can understand, and respect, our expanded house rules

Damage and Liability Policy

Guests are fully responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused to the property, its furnishings, or amenities during their stay. Should any damage occur—whether accidental or due to misuse—that necessitates professional repair, deep cleaning, or replacement, the cost of such services will be charged to the guest and deducted from the security deposit or charged directly to the guest's payment method on file.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage to walls, floors, furniture, appliances, plumbing, electronics, fixtures, and outdoor areas. In the event of extensive damage or negligent behavior, the guest may also be held liable for any associated business losses (e.g., cancellation of future bookings).

By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize us to recover costs as necessary to restore the property to its original condition.
