This apartment is very neat and clean. It has a nice living area and an adequate bedroom. The bathroom is small but nice - it has as a nice shower. Be careful of the hot water! It will scald you if not careful. There is very limited view from the two apartment windows. This apartment is 4 levels above the ground. There are 76 steps. It is a tough climb from the street to the apartment. The building is old, but the apartment is updated and modern. The apartment is in an older part of the city. There are numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in close proximity. I did not feel unsafe at any point thought the weekend. If you are looking for a neat, nice apartment rental for two people, this is priced reasonably so long as you don't mind the exercise required to get to the apartment from the ground floor.

Emplacement en centre ville idéal, proche du centre historique et des commerces.Logement moderne et confortable.Propriétaire très arrangeante.Système de boîtier pour les clés très pratique.L'absence d'ascenseur n'est pas gênante.Logement idéal pour une escapade à 2 de quelques jours à Montauban.Merci pour ce séjour agréable

Bel appartement centre-ville

L’appartement est bien agencé avec assez d’espaces. Il est situé en centre-ville parfait pour marcher dans le centre. Valerie est adorable. Elle m’a très bien accueilli et a été arrangeante. Merci pour ce séjour. Je recommande.

Très joli logement, propre et bien équipé

Mon mari et moi sommes globalement satisfaits de notre séjour. Notre seule déception était la localisation de l'appartement dans l’immeuble : 3ème étage sans ascenseur ! Je suis la seule responsable : l'appartement devait trop me plaire, je n’ai pas vu ce détail pourtant précisé dans l’annonce 😉 ! Valérie est à l’écoute de ses locataires et répond très rapidement 🤗.

Excellent séjour

Logement charmant et très propre, très bonne expérience. Appartement excellemment bien situé dans le centre ville avec parking gratuit à proximité. Relation avec Valerie très bonne, sympathique et professionnelle.
