Assez mécontent vu les photos présentées dans l'annonce l'appartement n'était pas muni de terrasse, mentionné dans l'annonce les photos de l'annonce sont très belles mais ne reflète pas vraiment la réalité des choses. Par contre la personne est très agréable

Navrée pour ce malentendu mais strictement aucune photo ou texte n'évoque une terrasse, et vous êtes bien le premier client à nous le reprocher ! Et les photos n'ont pas été retouchées, elles sont fidèles à la réalité. Même s'il est vrai qu'elles ont été prises au printemps et pas en pleine canicule comme la période de votre séjour. Je vous ai néanmoins proposé lorsque vous avez évoqué ce malentendu à votre arrivée de profiter de notre terrasse personnelle à l'arrière de notre maison. Je trouve donc votre commentaire assez injuste..
