Pros: enough room for everybody, great location and beach access, and nice yard for our dogCons: the interior of the home does need extensive repair (which I shared with the property manager) that include what I would consider potential tripping hazards for young/old visitors, mold repair, and extensive painting and resurfacing

The property was lovely and clean . It was right on the beach which made waking up in the morning a pleasure to sit on the veranda drinking coffee .The house had everything anyone would need. The kitchen had all the amities needed to cook and also to drink .My husband and I have rented houses in Galveston two to three times a year for the past 20 years.i have to say this one ranks on top of our list we will rent it again.The host was so nice and responded to us immediately with questions .

The sunrises were breathtaking, location access to the beach unsurpassed. Beach house a bit outdated but still functional.

The location is great. We love this area of Galveston. It’s a bit slower paced and the beaches aren’t typically crowded. The views from the house are very nice! Plenty of space for two families. We had a little hiccup but it was taken care of immediately! Check out processed was the easiest we have ever had! Thank you for allowing us the use of the house. It was a Mother’s Day weekend for the books!!!

Property needs TLC, mostly inside, but outside as well. Pictures do not tell the story here, missing the finer details. Great place on the beach, but there is a month of Sundays worth of detail work neede to restore this place to what it once was. The devil is in the details.

This beach house has a great layout for family gatherings with the large island, furnishings, and outdoor space. It’s well equipped with beach chairs, fishing poles, games, towels. Kitchen is great.

The house was awesome! My 4 grandsons loved being upstairs in the bunk room! The Primary Bedroom is spacious and the ensuite bath/shower was fantastic! With kitchen open to family room, it was easy to prepare meals and still be a part of the family. Everything about the house was great and I would love to stay there again!

Loved the property and would stay again. Did have concerns about previous reviews in regards to mold but the property management quickly responded there was no issue and addressed all questions on the matter and was satisfied with their response.The space was perfect for 5 adults and 3 teens. The open area was great and the large kitchen island was great for family meals.We loved the fenced in yard for our pet.The location and access to the beach was ideal. It was quite and away from the crowds.

Thanks Nick. Glad you enjoyed your stay! The fence in the backyard was intentionally kept short to not obstruct the ocean view. The downside may be that if you have large dogs you will not be able to let them roam freely in the backyard.
