Living sofa has queen size pull out bed. Full sized washer and dryer. Sleeps 13

This home's wide open floor plan with high ceilings was made for entertaining. Enjoy a fabulous water view from each entertaining space. Expansive covered/uncovered South-facing deck reveals panoramic beach views. Wake up to Gulf views from the Master en-suite featuring deck access. Access to Terramar's pool, water front pavilion, boat ramp & slips.

We also allow access to the Shipt account that has free deliveries from Kroger, Office Depot, Target, and CVS. Don't waste your trip running to the store. They will bring it all to you.

Kitchen accessories include blender, coffee pot, full cooking set up.

Outdoor space has charcoal grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower.

Wifi, TV, plenty of games and toys. Beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards are stored in the downstairs storage and ready for use.

We live in East Texas and visit the beach often. In 2018, we had an opportunity come up to invest in Bare Feet Retreat (named by my college best friend and biggest life cheer leader) as place not only to make memories within our family but to share with others. We truly look forward to coming for quiet weekends, great grilling, and tons of sandcastle building.
