Only 400 feet to the beach! Condo is across the street from the beach and boardwalk. This beachside retreat features a first or second floor condo that both have porches with a beautiful view of Ocean City and has been recently renovated and features a granite kitchen and bathroom, 2 flat screen smart TV's, ceramic tile and more.

Top of the line queen size mattresses and custom bed frames in all condo’s bedrooms. Deluxe cool gel memory foam queen size mattresses in the sleeper sofas for the best comfort and great night’s sleep. 2 sets of queen size bed linens, 2 blankets, 6 bed pillows and pillow cases are provided for your use. Condos are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant, bleach, air sanitizer and floor sanitizer after every guest.

We are located within 400 feet to the beach and boardwalk. 218 Corinthian Avenue is located between 2nd & 3rd Street in the exclusive Gardens area in Ocean City. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch that overlooks a relaxing view of beautiful Ocean City.

Other features include WiFi with Google Home WiFi System for excellent internet access, 2 smart TVs with over 300 premier channels, Keurig K-Duo Single Serve and Carafe Coffee Maker, outdoor enclosed shower and two window unit air conditioners in each condo. Two beach tags, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach buggy carts are available for your use. There is bike storage space in the backyard. There are no electric charging accommodations for electric vehicles, E-bikes, electric wheelchairs or electric scooters. Everything you need for a great shore vacation is right here.

You can park your car and walk to everything. We are across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Recreation center with basketball courts, football/soccer field, volleyball, skateboard park, track, shuffleboard, playground are three blocks away. Amusements and mini-golf are only three blocks away. Asbury Avenue's shops and restaurants are an easy 15 minute stroll.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is a 4 person maximum limit per condo. There is an additional fee of $200 per night for each extra guest over maximum 4 person limit.

Clean, cute condo with all necessities provided. No need to pack bed linens and towels! It is small, like an efficiency hotel room. But great for just 2 people and being allowed to bring your dog is amazing! The only down side is no washer and dryer.

I stayed over Labor Day week with my teen daughter. Aimee and her husband were so responsive and kind when I had an issue (that was completely my fault). You cannot ask for better hosts and hospitality! The location is perfection- very walkable distance to the boardwalk and plenty to do in the area. We even walked to the bay side to go parasailing. I didn’t drive for 5 days. The apartment was spotless and Aimee provided everything that was described in the summary. This vacation was everything we needed.

My stay was brief, but it was great...really enjoyed my stay Loved location, as it is only a block to the beach, and is located in the Gardens Area of Ocean City, NJ The Condo itself is small in size; therefore..even though 4 could stay as the sofa bed fits 2, I feel that for comfort 1 or 2 peeole max would be comfortable, as it would feel cramped with 4 people....and there is not enough of storage for clothing for 4. Also, it is nice for some that it is pet friendly, but maybe not for others from the perspective of allergies and possibble noise it the dog is a barker...People need to be considerate, and not attempt to leave their dog unattended....if he/she continually barks. The owner is a wonderful communicator, and very friendly.. I would definitely stay again, as it was perfect for me

The property is in a great location. It is clean and well-supplied. The only potential problem is its pet-friendliness. We have a small dog, which we keep with us and quiet. The first 5 days of our stay were very nice. The last 2 were noisy, when slobs with 2 large dogs moved in next door for the weekend. They left their dogs for hours at a time, which barked for the duration. I guess you take your chances…

Location was great, small apartment was clean and communication good. Walls are thin. Heard baby next door crying. No lamps just very bright overhead lighting. Apartment was very small which I didn’t realize. Square footage may have been stated in listing, not sure. For future I will be more aware to check.

We recently installed new ceiling fans with lights because many guests suggested better lighting for reading in the condo. Since we installed them everyone has had positive comments. The condo is a one bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a new custom queen size gel mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. There are many small families with 2 adults and 2 kids that stay every summer and love the great location only 400 feet to the beach. They tell me the space was perfect for there vacations and you can see that from all of the 5 Star reviews on this property. Please read my many great reviews.

The unit was exactly as advertised. The unit was small and clean but located in a great location. There was no off- street parking available for the unit, which is not unusual for that part of Ocean City, so I was prepared for it. The owners seems to spend a lot of time looking at the parking situation in front of the units via the exterior security cameras. They sent a text message to me telling me that my car was going to be towed by the next door neighbor as it was parked in front of their driveway and had to be moved immediately. Meanwhile, I had explicit permission from the next door neighbor to do so and had even spoken to the neighbor ten minutes earlier about it. It was just annoying to deal with that hassle and could have been handled differently by the owner. They clearly have the next door neighbor's contact information.

The guest was told to move their car several times from the neighbor’s driveway. Neighbor thought the guest was just unloading his car not keeping it parked in his driveway for days. I alerted the guest to move his car because the neighbor was going to have it towed and now he complains that I should have handled it differently. Guest should appreciate that I tried to help him and an owner that cares about their property and the neighbors. That was disrespectful of the guest to park on the neighbor’s property and could have been completely avoided if the guest just parked his car legally like everybody else does. I have never had a guest disrespect the neighbor and myself like this before over something that was clearly wrong and their fault.

Absolutely perfect!

Great location! Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping. Quick drive to convenience stores, grocery store, and more shops! The condo was the perfect size for us (2 adults, 1 child). Nice balcony, stocked kitchen, keurig, everything you need to rest and recharge before hitting the boardwalk again. 100% would book again!

Weekend with my daughter
