Disliked: Location
Stay was good, but quite a distance from the beach for the price. Rental company was a joy to work with, VRBO made things a bit of a hassle for themTHE DRIVEWAY SHOWN DOES NOT INDICATE PARKING! STREET PARKING ONLY!! This was a surprise to me before we departed and the area can get very busy on weekends.

Great location, updated and clean, nice size bedrooms, outdoor shower, grill, hose, covered porch. A great bonus is that the linens, beach chairs, and beach tags are provided! Someone even takes care of the trash.Good to Know: short walk to North Street beach, Sandhouse Kitchen, St. Damien’s Church, Island Grill, pizza/ice cream, deli, beginning of the boardwalk all within walking distance.Recommendations for the host: The front yard and flowerbed needs some love.
