Plenty of space, clean, everything worked! The owners were easy to contact, and easy to talk to. Their goal was to be sure that my husband and I had the best stay possible. The lake was gorgeous! We can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer!
This lake house has everything you need for a getaway. Right on the lake, it is peaceful and well furnished. Inside is rustic, clean, and has great views. Outside there is a fantastic deck, a dock, and canoes and a paddle boat you can use to enjoy Hideaway.
Russ and Mike are amazing hosts and are happy to make sure your stay is perfect. They respond to issues right away and check-in to be sure your visit is going well.
The lakehous is on a quiet side street and minutes from the interstate. Close by are breweries, orchards, and historic sites. Mystic, Salem, and Boston are only a little over an hour away.
In all, this charming lakehouse was the perfect hide-a-way. We will be visiting again for sure!
Older, bungalow type home. Two window AC's for entire house; not enough. Gave the owners feedback for improvements and updates, which they are happy to work on. On a whole, we had a great time. Lovely, quiet neighborhood.
We had the best time relaxing and enjoying activities on the lake all week at our leisure. It was great to have use of the kayaks and paddle boat so we could explore and swim all around the lake. We caught many beautiful sunsets on the water and saw lots of cool wildlife. Russ and Mike checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves - they were great hosts! A perfect spot to enjoy family time and some of these last peaceful days of summer! We can’t wait to return!

My name is Russ. I am the one in the tux . This is a picture from Mike's wedding that we had at the lake. It was absolutely beautiful that day, and a day I will never forget.
PS. I spent a lot of time on Holland Lake as a child growing up...
