The Dame de Coeur flat is a spacious flat, situated in the historic heart of Rennes – right in the city centre, yet in a quiet location! Recently renovated whilst retaining all its old-world charm, it has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 4, and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

The flat, with a floor area of 90m², is situated on the first floor (no lift) and comprises:
- a large living room with a television and dining table
- a fully equipped kitchen with a conventional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, induction hobs and a dishwasher
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower (separate toilet)
- three bedrooms, two of which have a 160cm-wide bed and one with two single beds
- a utility room with a washing machine
Wi-Fi is free.

Please note that the fireplace in the property is strictly decorative.
For safety reasons, it must not be used.

When staying at Dame de Coeur, you’ll be right in the heart of Rennes’ historic centre: cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, Saint Pierre Cathedral, Rue de la Monnaie and Rue du Chapitre, the Town Hall, Place des Lices (with its Saturday morning market), Place Sainte Anne and Place du Parlement de Bretagne. The oldest house in Rennes is right next to the flat. Beautifully renovated and well-maintained, the neighbourhood is very pleasant and close to all the shops, restaurants and bars, as well as concert venues (the opera, TNB, Liberté, etc.).

Buses and the metro are a 5-minute walk away. République or Sainte-Anne stations.
Star bike-share station 3 minutes away (Place des Lices).
Paid public car park: Parking des Lices.

Rennes SNCF railway station can be reached in under 15 minutes by metro (2 stops).
Rennes-Saint Jacques Airport can be reached by bus from République station.

You’ll be given a personalised welcome on arrival by a member of staff from the Cocoonr agency in Rennes, who will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
Hotel-quality 4/5-star bed linen and towels are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival. All you’ll have to do is drop off your bags!
