The house, an old restored barn , nestled in the countryside, mostly citrus, mangos and olive trees. The property ends up on the sea, which is a five minute walk from the house but it is also accessible by car. The house is surrounded by a large garden with barbecue, hammocks, deck chairs to relax and cook fresh fishand the sea is five minutes away on foot or by car. Large living room with fireplace and dining big table, in a part of the salon the old manger has been transformed in the kitchen, sofa, chairs etc. A corridor leads to the first bedroom with a double bed, a anteroom and the a bath with the shower, just renewed. The third room is very large and the ceiling is high enough to so in the mezzanine there are three single bed. Below is a large bed and a sofa bed, television and a bathroom with a shower.
On the way to go to the beach , after a curve you’ll find a small bamboo house , there you’ll find a lot of useful staff for the beach like shoes, beach mattress , fins and masks and toys for children and ombrella
The beach is not private, is call "Praiola Piccola", consists of round stones of various sizes. You will find a hut with everything you need for the beach as masks, fins, shoes for the beach, umbrellas and a few games.
