The place is very quiet. The apartment is located in a beautiful holiday village of 32 flats in the middle of lemon trees, 100 m from the sea and 2 km from the town of Fiumefreddo.

You can admire a wonderful panorama of the sea and of volcano Etna in a typical mediterranean atmosphere.

100 m from the village there is a wide beach with sand and gravel, surrounded by a crystalline and light blue water.

Close to the beach it is possible to walk through spectacular woods of secular eucalyptuses, which characterize this special area.

We had an amazing holiday at this apartment. The living space is generous with a sofa bed and we were given an additional single bed. The bedroom is large with two queen beds and ample storage for four occupants. The kitchen is well supplied with essentials and a large fridge/freezer. The bathroom and shower are fine. The host was helpful and quick to respond throughout-we arrived late due to flight delays and we were met at the local restaurant and taken to the accommodation and we ran out of gas but it was replaced the same day. There is a balcony from the living area and an upstairs roof terrace with coal bbq, sink, table and chairs. The beach is beautiful with small pebbles and clear water. The area is quiet with amazing views of Etna and the sea. Sicily is a beautiful island and this area is a great base to make visits from or just stay and relax. There is a local Lidl and the Deco supermarket in Naxos has a huge selection of local foods.

Der Check-In war quasi kaum vorhanden, mit einem Verwalter der ausschließlich englisch spricht und man nur über Google translator kommunizieren kann ist mehr als umständlich. Zumal viele wesentliche Dinge wie Handhabung der Müllentsorgung oder des Gasbackofens überhaupt nicht erklärt wurden. Von irgendwelchen Reisetipps oder lokale Empfehlungen überhaupt nicht möglich waren. Der Eigentümer obwohl am Telefon des Verwalters und deutsch sprechend wollte gar nicht mit uns sprechen.Sehr großer Mangel war die Nichtbenutzbarkeit des Pools, der seit mehr als 1 Jahr eine Baustelle ist aber dennoch weiter beworben wird in der Anzeige.Die hygienischen Bedingungen in der Dusche sind sehr mangelhaft.

Die Nähe zum Strand, die grandiose Aussicht auf den Aetna wie auch aufs Meer von der genialen Dachterrasse mit einfacher "Kücheneinrichtung" waren absolut phantastisch. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Betten gut, die Zimmer grosszügig und sauber war es auch. Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch gut und nett, wenn auch sprachlich etwas schwierig, da nur auf italienisch möglich. Einzig schade, dass nicht im Voraus darüber informiert wurde, dass der Swimmigpool infolge Bauarbeiten nicht nutzbar war.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Unser 14 tägiger Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Anlage und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Wohnung war auch bestens ausgestattet, auch eine Waschmaschine ist im Bad! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Mario Korico war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. Da unser Heimflug erst abends startete, durften wir auch später auschecken. Alles in allem, sehr fein und vielen Dank Gabriele

Belles vacances

Appartement agréable et très bien situé (à 2min à pieds de la mer) avec un agréable toit-terrasse équipé du barbecue. Une belle piscine commune (dommage que des transats ne soient pas mit à disposition). Par contre, c’est un peu vétuste et il est précisé 2 chambres sur l’annonce alors qu’il n’y en a qu’une (la 2ème n’est qu’un clic-clac dans le salon). Il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger (entre coq, chien et tondeuse dès 6h du matin, c’est assez bruyant). Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble malgré ces petits désagréments.

Absolutes Highlight ist die überdachte Dachterrasse. Es ist auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderungen im Ätnagebiet. Für den Strand würde ich Badeschuhe empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage, toller Ausblick. Es hätte allerdings erwähnt werden müssen, dass die Liegen am Pool privat sind. So musste man, wenn Platz war, auf der Wiese oder Steinboden liegen.

In der Residenz fanden wir uns sehr gut, die Rezeption war freundlich, die Wohnung hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen idealen Urlaub. Die Poolanlage war perfekt in Schuss, genauso wie der Tennisplatz. Das, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben, war die Terrasse der Wohnung, ausgestattet mit Grill. mit Blick auf den Ätna und das Meer. erstaunlich.

Tolle Urlaubsregion

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer äusserst gepflegten Anlage. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt zur Entdeckung der Region. Die Dachterasse mit eigener Küche ist einfach legendär. Meer und Ätna direkt vor der Tür. Die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung und hat viel Spass gemacht.

Traumhafte Residenz

Im Vorfeld hatten wir schon einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Die Residenz ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Anlage hat einen großem Pool und Tennisplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Zum gemeinsamen Essen eignet sich die Dachterrasse hervorragend. Man hat einen tollen Blick sowohl auf den Ätna als auch vorne aufs Meer. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit zu Fuss. Ein gelungener Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Corica, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfekte Strandlage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer super Lage. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand und auf halbem Weg erreicht man den Pool, welchen wir fast immer für uns alleine hatten. Vom hinteren Balkon und von der Dachterasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Ätna. Die Ferienwohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Es ist fast alles vorhanden was für den Urlaub benötigt wird. Jedoch mussten wir am ersten Tag Spülmittel, Seife, Geschirrhandtücher, Feuerzeug etc. kaufen. Es wäre schon gewesen, wenn eine paar grundlegende Haushaltsartikel vorhanden gewesen wären. Worüber wir uns jedoch gefreut haben war z.B. ein Wäscheständer und ein Sonnenschirm. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war in Ordnung, lediglich die Dusche müsste unserer Meinung nach von Grund auf erneuert werden. Worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben war die Ruhe in der Ferienanlage. Es war keinerlei Straßenlärm zu hören, obwohl diese nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt ist. Der Strand selbst ist auch sehr schön und sauber. Der feine Kiesstrand ist angenehm zum liegen. Während unseres Reisezeitraums war der Strand nicht überlaufen lediglich am Wochenende hat man einen deutlichen Besucherzuwachs gemerkt, was jedoch nicht störend war. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Hinweis im Vorfeld wäre jedoch wünschenswert gewesen, dass die Schlüsselübergabe ausschließlich in italienisch erfolgt. Durch die deutsche Kommunikation per E-Mail sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass zumindest eine Kommunikation auf englisch möglich ist. Dies machte die Schlüsselübergabe und das Zusammentreffen doch etwas kompliziert.

Residenz Marina Verde

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Anlage. Die Wohnung ist für 2-4 Personen perfekt. 2 Personen können auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa im Wohnzimmer super schlafen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Dachterrasse bietet Ruhe nach einem Tag am Strand oder Ausflügen. Man hat dort einen schönen Blick auf Äthna oder Meer. Das Meer ist zu Fuß super zu erreichen, nur durch eine kleine Strasse von der Anlage getrennt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, um Ausflüge in die Berge oder zum Äthna zu machen. Nur wenige Orte weiter beginnt der Fahrtweg in die Berge. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen, wenn wir wieder nach Sizilien kommen. Dies fing schon durch den Kontakt mit den Besitzern der Wohnung vor dem Urlaub an. Sehr nett, viele gute Tips, wir fühlten uns sofort "richtig".

Sicilian June

The location of the apartment is excellent to visit Etna, Catania, Taormina. You can know Sicily from a local perspective. The pool is very nice with the Etna mountain in the background as a landscape, while you are swimming. You can find restaurants and local markets within 5 minutes by car, which is indispensable. Try the granita con brioche for breakfast and swordfish or pizza for dinner! Buone vacanze!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung nahe am sauberen Meer

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgerüstet mit schöner Dachterrasse und Grillmöglichkeit. Sauberes Schwimmbad und das Meer ist ganz nahe. Die Wohnung eignet sich für ruhige Ferien abseits der Touristenströme. Auto ist wichtig. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
