The “La Pommeraie” residence is located right on the beach. It consists of 10 mini-villas measuring 40 m² (excluding the terrace and private garden) and offers panoramic views of the sea below and the mountains.
With private access to the sea, the sandy beach is just a 150-meter walk away. The resort features a covered car park with 10 spaces and a children’s playground with a swing, slide, and ping-pong table.
The residence is situated on a 35-hectare property of maquis scrubland, where you can enjoy picturesque walks.
Welcomed on-site by the owners, you’ll benefit from personalised service.

The “La Pommeraie” residence is located 1.5 km from city centre Solenzara. There you’ll find all the shops and entertainment of a small seaside resort, along with the amenities of a beautiful marina.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et à dispotion si besoin.la location est très bien avec une superbe vue mer ,une terrasse et un bout de jardin(parfait si vous venez comme nous avec un chien). Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
