Superb villa located in Ayguade, unique and exceptional location less than 30 metres from the beach! <br>Completely renovated in a contemporary style, it is composed of 3 bedrooms on 2 levels.<br>On the ground floor: a large living room extends onto a pleasantly shaded terrace, as well as a bedroom and its bathroom.<br>On the upper level, 2 bedrooms, one of which has a small terrace where you can see the sea.<br>A plancha is available.<br>4 bicycles will be at your disposal as well as a Paddle.<br>The Ayguade beach is one of the longest beaches in Hyères, it hosts many summer activities and families meet there. <br>Located near the heart of the village of Ayguade and 30 metres from the Place Daviddi, a unique and exceptional location, you can do everything on foot! You will find a series of small restaurants and admire the skill of the petanque players, the Ayguade beach is also the privileged terrain of sportsmen who come to play beach volleyball or run on the shore.<br>A cycle path of several kilometres runs along the sea.
