Presqu'ile de Giens, Hyères. Exceptional location facing the golden islands, go see Google Earth it’s spectacular.
Walk and swim on the magnificent 4 km beach, and set your deckchair in the domain freely for as long as you want. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts: windsurfing board rental, catamaran, kite surf and diving school nearby.
DRC + floor + 2 large terraces on the beach with full sea view. New condition.
Apartment renovated, feet in the water, you cross the garden to go swimming. All comfort, fitted kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, wifi ...), air conditioning. 2 comfort sleeping areas facing the sea (2 convertible sofas with thick mattresses, one of 140 and one of 160), two bathrooms and two toilets.
Bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Plenty of storage space (cupboard, wardrobe, large dresser).
Private sea terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs. Wild garden with common areas: barbecue, private parking, ping-pong, beach shower.
Natural space on the beach, on a human scale. Near shops and restaurants, water sports, nature reserve with flamingos, coastal trails, facing the golden islands, near restaurants, bike rentals ...
Departures are at the latest by 10 AM and arrivals are normally from 4 PM.

Wir haben eine fantastische Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht ! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten und renovierten Zustand. Die Duschen in den Badezimmern sind toll. Vom Balkon und Bett im oberen Geschoss aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Alles war sehr sauber und schön hergerichtet. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort und kommen gerne wieder zurück !!

Parfait !!

Petit logement très bien équipé. La situation. Face à la mer à 2 pas de la plage, notre séjour était vraiment génial autant pour les parents que les enfants!!! On se réveille et plouf à la mer! On mange et plouf de retour à l’eau Le soir pareil !!! Bref les vacances!!!! Le propriétaire sympa à notre arrivée

Les pieds dans l eau !

Le plaisir d aller se baigner sur une magnifique plage sans serviette ni sac. Du petit déjeuner au dîner, on profite de cette vue magnifique. La climatisation est très appréciée dans cette région. Merci

Les pieds dans l eau emplacement ideal

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour avec mon compagnon dans l appartement de Marc L emplacement est idéal, quel plaisir de pouvoir prendre les petits dejeuners face à la mer en regardant le soleil se levait. Marc est un hote tres agréable, tres disponible, nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisjr dans son appartement.

un bon séjour....

-L'emplacement sur la plage est super, accueil sympa du propriétaire. -la cuisine est super bien équipée comme dans la description. -La salle de douche qui est étroit qui possède toilette, évier et douche et il y a un radiateur qui réduit le passage à la douche qui ne conviendrait pas au personne de forte corpulence. -A l’entrée ce trouve un lit qui est coller au mur qui donne la difficulté à la personne qui veut se levé dans la nuit -Le grand placard, contient pas de cintres corrects pour surprendre les vêtements et visuellement poussiéreux !!! -Le canapé convertible : le protège matelas était tacheté que j’ai dû le laver le 1er jour. -La terrasse : chaises longues rouillées.

C'est une location très demandée avec beaucoup de fidèles. Nous avons privilégié le salon qui a une vue imprenable, la chambre est juste pour dormir c'est vrai, avec beaucoup de rangement. Nous changeons régulièrement les cintres et les chaises longues. Nous aurions été heureux de le faire pour vous si vous nous aviez alertés.

Passer par abritel est un peu trop rapide , pas de possibilité de poser des questions au propriétaire avant de louer, l‘argent Est débiter trop rapidement, on ne peut demander renseignement qu‘une fois loué, ce qui peut poser des problèmes, heureusement nous avons eu de la chance, tout c‘es Heureusement bien passé.

le must pour plongée et kite surf

Des spots et des écoles top pour mes deux passions. Mais aussi beaucoup de bonnes surprises: toutes les activités sont proches et simples, mer, baleines, vélo, rando, un séjour super tonique. Location tout qui va bien, matelas confort, tout à pieds, beaucoup d'espace, un garage commun pour ranger le matériel. ET la vue tellement belle ! dur de rentrer

Casetta molto bella ed accogliente , peccato per le zanzare!!!

Innanzi tutto vorrei ringraziare Marc per la sua gentilezza ed ospitalità e per essere riuscito a farci trovare pronto l'appartamento per la fine della mattinata ( anzichè nel tardo pomeriggio come scritto per il ckeck in). la casa è piccina ma ben arredata , moderna e funzionale e gode di una bella vista proprio sul mare e sulla spiaggia de la Bergerie; a pochi passi si trova anche un minimarket con rivendita di pane e brioches e un bar/ristorante mentre se si vuole un supermercato più grande lo si trova facilmente a 10 minuti in macchina, ad Hyeres centre. Come dicevo prima l'unico inconveniente per noi sono state le tante zanzare che al mattino e alla sera ci hanno impedito di godere appieno di questa splendida vista sia dal patio che dalla spiaggia !

Lovely and relaxing stay!

We had an amazing time at Marc’s place.... it’s steps from a lovely family beach and close to great restaurants and shops. Marc was an excellent host! We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday.

idéal pour les familles aimant les sports de mer

Le paradis du kite surf et de la planche pour tous les niveaux, avec un hangar pour ranger le matériel. Appartement super mignon et super bien équipé, lave vaisselle et linge silencieux, tout haut de gamme. petit parc de la propriété idéal pour que les enfants jouent et directement sur plage. On a déjà dit au propriètaires de nous bloquer une semaine l'an prochain

Idéalement situé entre la plage, la presqu'île de Giens et Hyères, ce logement est au Top et équipé de tout ce qu'il vous faut pour court ou long séjour, je recommande vivement, merci Marc pour vos petites attentions brochures et recommandations lors de notre arrivée et à très vite

soleil et planche, et toute la famille heureuse

Appartement très coquet et bien décoré, très propre, cuisine bien équipée. Terrasse avec une vue à tomber par terre, dans un petit domaine très privatif et clot. Accès direct à la plage, et garage pour ranger ma planche. Semaine de rêve pour la planche. Petit domaine tèrs protégé ou les enfants peuvent jouer et courir pendant que la maman profite du soleil et de la lecture. La vie simple et tellement sereine qui fait aimer le sud pour les nordistes que nous sommes. la quinzaine a passé trop vite

Une réelle coupure avec un vue extraordinaire

Superbe experience! Dès notre arrivée, les lieux étaient impecables. Les proprietaires très aimable, ont pris le temps de bien nous expliquer toutes les excurtions, activités, plages à voir etc... Parfait pour nous, la vue imprenable et la plage à nos pieds. Et assez isolé pour laisser profiter les enfants sans détanger de voisins. Tous le monde a pu profiter de ces vacances comme il se doit. Une vraie petite coupure du monde dans un édroit magique.
