Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in both the living room and the master bedroom lead out to the large gulf front balcony. This beautifully maintained and decorated unit features all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The dining table has seating for six and the large granite breakfast bar seats four. All 3 bedrooms contain a king size bed, so this unit is perfect for two families. All bedroom also have TVs, DVD players, and private baths with granite counters. Keyless entry means you won't have to keep up with a key. All linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
