Nice house near Colmar within the vineyards

Nice house, very clean and very well supplied. In the middle of Grand-Est near Eguisheim and a lot of castles, Europapark, Colmar, Strassbourg. There is always something to do in the neighborhood. House has a big garden, laundry and dryer machine and a well equipped kitchen. Rooms are spacious and everything is nice and clean.

Alles in allem war die Wohnung gut. Dass die Stockbetten als Doppelbett ausgelegt sind, war für mich im Vorfeld nicht klar. Parken in der Garagenabfahrt ohne aufsetzen nicht möglich.

Sehr wohnliches Ambiente. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Das Umfeld - gelegen am Rande des kleinen Örtchens, mit direktem Blick auf die Weinberge, durchaus auch Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.Die Ausstattung des Außenbereichs/Garten könnte verbessert werden. Die Sonnenschirme waren defekt.

Schönes Haus in netter Umgebung

Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Colmar, zu Fuß geht es direkt in die Weinberge oder ins Dorf in die nette Bäckerei oder zur Weinprobe. Das Haus ist schön renoviert, im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad, im Erdgeschoss ein offener Wohn- Essbereich mit langer Küchenzeile, außerdem eine Dusche und separates WC und noch ein Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch zum Backen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man die Terrasse und den Garten nutzen. Sitzmöbel sind vorhanden. Bei uns war es leider noch zu frisch. In manchen Ecken war nicht so gründlich geputzt aber insgesamt haben wir uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Der Schlüssel wurde bei Ankunft von einer netten Nachbarin übergeben und der Vermieter hat immer schnell auf schriftliche Anfragen reagiert.

Tolles Ferienhaus im Elsass

Wir haben eine Woche in den Herbstferien in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man als Familie braucht. Die ruhige Lage lässt einen gut schlafen. Dennoch ist man sehr schnell in Colmar und weiteren Ausflugszielen bspw. den "Fünf Burgen", zu deren Füßen das Ferienhaus liegt. Das Grundstück ist bestens zum Spielen für die Kinder geeignet. Alles in Allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Elsass zum Kennenlernen

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Man konnte vom Haus aus durch die Weinberge oder zu Burgruinen wandern, nette Orte in der Umgebung besuchen oder nach Colmar zum shoppen fahren. Das Ferienhaus ist mit drei Schlafzimmern großzügig eingerichtet, hat einen großen Küchen- und Essbereich sowie einen Garten mit großem Tisch. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind für Familien sehr hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Platz für die gesamte Familie + Großeltern

Wir verbrachten ein verlängertes Wochenende mit den Großeltern in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft und waren von der Geräumigkeit und der umfangreichen Ausstattung begeistert. Die Umgebung lädt zu malerischen Spaziergängen und genussvollen Weinverkostungen ein. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein charmantes Weingut, das einen herrlichen Riesling anbietet – ein Muss für alle Weinliebhaber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem in nur fünf Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, und die großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was man für eine komfortable Selbstversorgung benötigt. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Matratzen in den Betten waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber das ist natürlich eine persönliche Präferenz und sollte keinesfalls als Kritik verstanden werden. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen, und wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

Ruim huis tussen de wijnvelden

Het huis is ligt aan de rand van een schattig wijndorp in de Alsace. Locatie is goed centraal gelegen in de streek. Ook geschikt voor fietsers met een ruime kelder onder het huis die buitenom toegangekelijk is. Groot terras en daarachter nog ruime tuin. Huis is recent gerenoveerd en goed uitgerust. Riome woonkeuken met grote eettafel. Zeer grote koelkast!. Vriezer in kelder. Prima sanitair met badkamer en apart toilet beneden en badkamer incl. Toilet boven. Ook geschikt grote gezinnen of gezelschappen van 6 tot 8 personen.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage nahe den Weinbergen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Haus hat uns gefallen, die Lage war für das Fahrradfahren perfekt. Verbesserungspotenzial: Kommunikation im Vorfeld, äußerer Treppenabgang zum Keller ist viel zu niedrig (Kopfschutz sollte angebracht werden); die Abfahrt zur Garage ist zu steil, man kann leicht den Fahrzeugboden oder die Auspuffanlage beschädigen.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus in Ortsrandlage, an den Weinbergen. Nach Colmar ca. 18 min. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Super wären im Schlafzimmer und im Bad noch Haken um Handtücher und Kleidung aufzuhängen. Ansonsten war alles ganz toll!!

Gîte au cœur de l'Alsace. Point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses visites

Gîte spacieux et très bien équipé pour 2 familles. Situation parfaite. Belle vue sur les vignes. Terrasse et jardin agréable. Un point négatif : literie à améliorer (matelas très dures). Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter.

Top renoviert, gute Lage

Das Haus ist sehr großzügigig und bestens ausgestattet, Es liegt direkt am Weinberg, in der Nähe zur 5 Burgen-Straße und zu Colmar. Im Ort sind Bäcker und ein gutes Restaurant in unmitelbarer Nähe. Auch die Weinlage in Wittolsheim und entsprechende Qualität sind top. Die Kommunikation war problemlos.

Gute Lage, schönes Haus!

Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art im Elsass, alles vorhanden, sehr schön renoviert, großzügig bemessen für 4 Personen, sonnige Terrasse. Das Geläut der Kirche täglich um 6 Uhr morgens könnte bei offenen Fenstern Langschläfer stören. Auch der Auchan-Supermarkt ist schnell erreichbar und bietet eine gute Auswahl auch an lokalen Spezialitäten.

Schönes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles da- auch ein großer Garten und viel Kinderspielzeug. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Spülmaschinentaps, Geschirrhandtücher und Spülmittel sind vorhanden. Das Haus liegt direkt am Rande der Weinberge. Von dort aus kann man tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Der Check-In via Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Gîte très agréable et propre, très fonctionnel, belle situation. Les informations relatives au tri des poubelles nous sont parvenues après notre retour en Belgique. Il manque un cahier d'informations quand à la façon de gérer les commodités relatives au gîte, nous avons laissé les serviettes dans la salle de bain et les draps des lits défaits dans les chambres suite au manque de communication. bien à vous.
