POOL HEATING
I can heat up the pool for you per your request, recommended from October to April if you plan to use the pool. The heating cost is $40 per day for a temperature of 78 degrees (comfortable for swimming). $50 per day for a temperature of 84 degrees (most people prefer). $65 per day for a temperature of 86 degrees (kids prefer) or $75 per day for a temperature of 88 degrees (for a baby to be comfortable). You must request 48 hours in advance of your check-in and cannot be canceled mid-stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• This is a non-smoking home
• Palm Springs noise ordinances are strictly enforced. The city will issue citations if music or noise can be heard beyond the perimeter of the property during quiet hours
• Per City requirements, primary guest will need to provide d ID details for all adult guests and sign the City's "Statement of Rules and Regulations"
• Video Surveillance; the street-side entrance door of the house is on outside outdoor camera you will see. There are no other cameras.
