Rental includes waterpark tickets for the entire week, dependent on the number of people checking in (up to 8). Property includes: restaurant, sports bar, exercise room, spa, grocery store, indoor waterpark with 2 water slides, lazy river, and hot tub, infinity pool, mini golf and zip line (small)! Property has onsite activities for families in the afternoons and evening. Great place to stay the week! Main bedroom has balcony and view of the Smoky Mountains. Building is four stories and has elevator access. Rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is authorized on covered balconies. Pets are allowed for a cleaning fee and deposit paid at check-in to the resort. No timeshare presentation is required.
