Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a 40 m² living room, a 21 m² veranda-living room, the “Houat” bedroom ” (sleeps 4) with two sets of bunk beds (for adults and children), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and towel warmer, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washer-dryer.

Upstairs: the “Belle-Île” bedroom (sleeps 2) with a 160x200 double bed, the “Groix” bedroom (sleeps 2) with a 160x200 double bed, the “Hoëdic” " bedroom (sleeps 2) with two 90x200 beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, towel warmer, and toilet.

Outdoors: 500 m² garden with direct, private access to the sea / swimming in front of the house at high tide or from the small family-friendly beach located 150 m away; interior courtyard with sink; parking for 2 cars / numerous other free parking spots nearby.
