Please remember to move your vehicle into a cleared parking space if available, or any space other than the vehicle’s last location. This rotation is necessary for adequate snow removal and keeping the parking lot safe.
Vehicles that are not moved, especially those which create a hazard for snow removal and parking, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
No oversized trucks, or hitch mount ski/luggage racks are allowed in the B Building parking lot. Short term parking of such vehicles for loading & unloading is permitted, but please do not leave them all day or night. This can make it very difficult for other vehicles to park safely due to the tight space.
Large trucks & SUVs please park in the back lot by building C parallel to the clubhouse or in front of Building A
All trailers & recreational vehicles must be kept in the back lot and are not allowed for more than 10 days without written management approval.
One vehicle per bedroom!
The lot can get extremely full on busy weekends and it may be necessary to park in an unusual spot. This is allowed in such circumstances, but please use common sense. Never block a vehicle you do not own, never park in front of the dumpster or plow truck. Thank you for your help in keeping our parking lots safe, clear of snow, and easy to access! Very comfortable condo, pet friendly and very easy to communicate with property manager. Location is ideal for easy walk into Frisco and access to area ski slopes. Condo is well stocked with all the necessary kitchen supplies. Would stay here again next time we are in Frisco.
Loved this cozy spot! It’s great to have the condo entrance open right to the parking lot/outside to be able to easily take the dogs out. Super nice interior and great walkable location to amazing restaurants and bars in Frisco. Was the perfect size and came with everything we needed for the long weekend.
Perfect few days in the mountains. The condo is clean and very well equipped. The kitchen has all you need. Plenty of towels and bedding. Easy walk into town, 10 min drive to copper mountain. Close to a bunch of walking trails.my family had a great time would definitely stay again.
Updated, easy access to town, comfortable, and mostly clean. The only issues we had were there was one pillow that smelled really badly, and the area around the pool / hot tub was not clean, and there were small bugs in there.
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Having Ten Mile creek steps away from the back door was the highlight for our family. Really appreciated the comfortable beds, nice cookware, spices, and overall peacefulness of this space.
Well equipped and clean condo with gurgling stream right off the back patio. Plenty of towels and bathroom niceties. Kitchen well stocked. Easy walk to Main St and convenient to highways.
My four weeks in Frisco at this beautiful property exceeded my expectations!! The location was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants while being quiet, comfortable and serene with Ten Mile Creek off the patio. The host was very responsive and the newly remodeled condo was comfortable, well stocked and stylish! I will definitely stay here again as I had a great time in quaint, picturesque and friendly Frisco!
This property is located conveniently between Copper Mountain and Breckenridge, in Frisco. We loved the space and the river off the patio. It's easy to get to, yet tucked in the woods and you would know you were so close to I-70. Great place! We would love to stay again!
I stayed at the condo for 2 weeks with my dog and had an amazing time working remotely and walking the Frisco rec path and Main Street everyday. The condo is spacious and located central to everything you need in Frisco. I highly recommend staying here with your family and friends!
We had a 4 night/5 day stay for a ski vacation. The condo was just as advertised and worked great for us. We will definitely consider staying there again.
The condo was in a good location close enough to walk into Frisco and easy travel days to multiple ski mountains. The ad showed a futon in one bedroom but there was not one. It was convenient to be on first floor. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glasses. The toaster only toasted one side of bread. Originally one humidifier was in the condo that did not work but when reported to the host, two new ones were provided. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked some cleaning supplies as we were there a month. Had to buy our own. The detergent holder in the Dishwasher sometimes did not open and had to rerun. Dryer sometimes did not dry clothes thoroughly. Many days there was a foul smell (sulfur like) in the condo and was told it would be reported to condo maintenance but nothing was done about it. Thought the sinks in the bathroom were a little high. The hot tub and pool area were dated and could use an update. Some loose floor boards and area could have been cleaner. No soap in the shower/dressing area. Sauna did not work.

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the location, walkability to Main Street, easy access to the ski mountains, the first-floor convenience, comfortable beds, and the well-stocked kitchen. We work hard to make extended stays comfortable, so that means a great deal.
Regarding the concerns you mentioned:
• The futon discrepancy in the listing has been corrected to ensure the photos and description are fully accurate.
• Thank you for reporting the humidifier issue during your stay — I’m glad we were able to quickly replace those for you.
• The toaster has been replaced.
• The dishwasher detergent latch and dryer performance are being serviced to ensure proper operation.
• The intermittent sulfur odor was reported to HOA maintenance, as that system is outside of individual unit control. I understand how frustrating that must have been, and I have followed up again to push for resolution.
• For extended stays, we’re reviewing how we stock cleaning supplies to better accommodate long-term guests.
• The pool, hot tub, sauna, and clubhouse areas are maintained by the HOA. While they are not directly managed by us, I will revisit how those amenities are described so expectations are aligned.
• The loose floorboards and cleanliness concerns have been addressed with our cleaning and maintenance teams.
