Quick getaway

House was nice but basic provisions like salt and pepper or basic spices in the kitchen would be nice.

Looks are deceiving

What is not disclosed in property description is that there is NO hot water in kitchen. Had I known that I would not have rented. Balcony off bedroom has a piece of plywood bolted across the door so youu cant get out to enjoy the balcony. Online photos do not match the property. It is very weathered anfdeteriorated

Beautiful property in a great location

Beautiful property in a great location. We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed it. Beds are comfy. Pool was great. The grocery store isn't far too walk and it's easy to walk into the main part of town. The only negative was the communication concerning maid service. We were told we would have daily maid service. When we asked what time the maid came on Saturday because we needed clean towels, we were told she comes Monday through Friday. Then when she didn't come Monday we asked again and no reply. They just need to decide exactly when she comes so you can plan accordingly. The maid was lovely when we ran into her and always brought us what we needed.

Nice, very well maintained, clean condo that just needs new windows...

The condo itself was fine, and it is extremely well maintained by Mari. The problem is the outside noise which would be filtered a lot by upgrading the very thin windows (It's almost the same noise when they're open vs shut it seems). Tough to sleep until we picked up some earplugs which definitely helped. Some nights were better than others but there's dogs barking all around, traffic, car alarms, sirens etc... throughout the night. It's certainly not a quite location. We stayed in Playa the week before very close to 5th and it was very quite in comparison surprisingly.

Relaxing and quiet

The location and amenities were great. Mari, the housekeeper, was excellent and delightful. Enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Wonderful stay

This was a great apartment on second floor. Has a private pool we used daily. Was clean and fully equipped. We were met when we arrived and given keys. Maria was our housekeeper. She was kind and helpful we loved her. The apartment is in a great location walking distance to many restaurants and chedauri. Will definitely be a repeat!

Highly Recommend This Great Property

We had a great experience at this property and will stay again. Stayed on the second floor and had a private, rooftop pool which was really nice. Big pluses are: Two bedrooms, each with on-suite bathroom. Lots of outside, balcony space to hang our dive gear. Quiet property, good location, modern and clean and near local resturants.

Great stay!

Very comfortable place and close to restaurants and grocery store. Owner was quick to respond when we contacted him. Beds were very comfortable!!! We would definitely stay again!!!
