Suite " the roof top"

The Roof Top studio offers a private retreat with a small pool located on the rooftop, exclusively for guests. The terrace is fully equipped with a charcoal grill, sink, fridge, smart TV, and high-speed WIFI. The view from the rooftop is truly breathtaking—watch the sunrise and sunset while relaxing by the pool or grilling your favorite meals. It’s a unique spot, and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do.

The studio includes:

A comfortable King-size pillow-top mattress.
65” smart TV and high-speed internet
A full-size closet and full bathroom
A mid-size kitchen with an electric stove, blender, coffee maker, and all the essentials to cook your favorite meals.
A 5-gallon purified water jug is provided (Refill as needed at most convenience stores)
If you're staying for 28 days or more, you’re eligible for complimentary weekly housekeeping upon request.

Location

Casa Las Palmas is just two blocks from Sam's Club and a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and more. The ocean and ferry terminal are about 1 mile away, a quick 10-minute drive, and the airport is just 7 minutes away. You can park your rental car outside the property, but if you’re renting scooters, I highly recommend parking them inside for added security. If you rent my scooters, they must be parked inside the property.

Our stay was really nice. We enjoyed the upstairs deck as well as the mid level deck. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was a little chilly but nice midday.

100 percent would stay here again. I recommend a mirror in the kitchen. Just so when the bathroom is being occupied by your significant other you can get ready and not have to wait. Amazing food recommendations. Amazing location.

This place is beautiful. I definitely plan to stay again. The rooftop pool looked bigger than it is but it was still very nice! Bed was extremely comfortable,and house felt very secure. Host was extremely responsive to the few minor issues I had.

What a perfect place to stay. We were looking for something a bit away from the touristy center of town, and definitely away from the all inclusive resorts, we wanted the REAL Cozumel and we got it. The neighborhood is fine and the apartment was beyond our hopes. We cooked in the kitchen every morning, then ate breakfast on the roof, which is the real secret to this property. We figured we'd want to hang out in the pool at sunset each day and we did but we were surprised how MUCH time we spent up there, breakfast before we headed out for the day, definitely sunset, epic, but also at night we enjoyed hanging out up there star gazing, listening to the sounds of the neighborhood and really soaking up the vibe. There's a public park a block or two away and we enjoyed watching the kids play soccer and pickup basketball every night.

Jaime is super responsive to requests. The unit is clean and bright. It is in a residential area so a bit of a walk to get places but finding small cabs was easy if needed. The WiFi was a bit spotty which was tricky using Google Maps. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Exactly as described—and honestly even better in person. The private rooftop pool and patio quickly became our favorite place; we spent most of our time up there soaking in the quiet, the views, and just slowing down together. It was exactly the kind of peaceful reset we didn’t even realize how much we needed.From the very beginning, the host was kind and responsive, which made everything feel easy and welcoming before we even arrived. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.One of our favorite unexpected little moments—we got to “babysit” a nest of baby birds on the rooftop while their parents were apparently out for the evening It ended up being one of those small, simple things that made the stay even more memorable.We are so grateful for our time here. What a great place to stay in Cozumel. The roof top condo was complete with a comfortable king size bed, stocked kitchen with everything you could need, including drinking water and some spices and oil, new frying pans and many appliances. Bathroom was nice, water was hot, nice closet for storage. Large TV and great Wifi. Condo was super clean upon arrival. Roof top area was great, pool was awesome and nice sunset views. Host was very responsive with any questions or issues.A few ways to improve this condo to be perfect:- More towels for a one week stay- A lounger on the roof top- Hooks or a coat hanger for hanging towels and clothes- More outdoor furniture in the common area

Charming home base for exploring Cozumel

We stayed four nights. Loved the safe quiet neighborhood, rooftop pool, lounges, sunset and sunrise views, the whimsical wall murals, having a kitchen and Netflix. Snorkeled, went birding with Elvis Jimenez, visited the world class museum on the waterfront, and discover 100 Experiences, a delightful culinary exploration of Mexico just next door. Birds Eye view of Cozumel

We stayed in this incredible studio apartment with private rooftop lounging area and pool. Every morning enjoying coffee relaxing on a very large lounge area equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. Many birds to watch and enjoy. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I would recommend renting scooters or a car to get around this beautiful area

Paradise away from the hustle

Great little place secluded rooftop views friendly neighbors, great owners helped when we locked ourselves out and very quickly I might add! When I come back to Cozemul I’ll definitely be booking this place again

Perfect Place to Stay!

This was our second stay at the property. We are already planning our next stay. The property is safe and secure. It's a quite neighborhood. Beautiful apartment in Cozumel

Beautiful little apartment in Cozumel. The rooftop pool area has a spectacular view of the skyline. It was special to be in town and meet the locals. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Great vacation!
