Treasure Island Vacaton on the Beach

Everything was perfect in our stay here; the proximity to the beach, walking distance to John's Pass, off street parking and more. The home was immaculate with the layout perfect for 4 adults and 4 active boys.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this beach cottage. It was super clean and just like the listing described. We were only a short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella that were provided were an added bonus since we flew in from out of state and couldn’t travel with those. There is a Circle K right on the corner where we were able to grab a few things we needed. I would highly recommend this place for your next beach vacation.

We stayed in this lovely home due to my nephew getting married in the area. We completely enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. We love the beach and it is just a short walk there.

WONDERFUL STAY!!!

This property is absolutely wonderful, and the manager of it is a dream! The private back yard was especially fun and private. The plants are awesome! The furniture is super comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and the entire setup is really awesome. The easy access to the beach is super convenient too!! We will definitely be back!

This beach house was the perfect location! Close to the beach and all of the amenities of St. Pete. The property was clean , comfortable and fully appointed. Best of all, Chris was very attentive and communicative. He made us feel welcome and made the stay easy.

Great holiday get away with family

Enjoyed spending time in the area after moving away 30 years ago! A lot has changed but Treasure Island is still a very nice place to visit and not as crowded and crazy as St Pete Beach. Home is in perfect location with an easy walk to the best part of the wide open beach. Also convenient walking distance to everything you need! Beach vacation

Wonderful stay

had a wonderful stay at this condo. The house itself was so nice. Big enough for 4 adults to move around and live and not feel cramped. The backyard was relaxing with the palm trees. The kitchen was big and open and the living room was perfect for TV time. The location was great. Beach is a quick walk and the equipment provided was all you need for a nice beach day. Canal was across the street. coffee and dolphin watching was the morning routine. Restaurants and groceries were minutes away.

Perfect size and location!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Treasure Island. About a 5 minute walk to the beach (short walk down the street, across another main road, then down the boardwalk to the beach). The place was very clean and updated. Very cozy, great size for a family of 4. The trunk in the back yard had chairs and an umbrella that we took to the beach every day. Quick drive to grocery store, Walgreens, and numerous local restaurants, ice cream shops, and watersport activities (those are in John’s Pass). Chris was very good at communicating with us before and during the trip. If we were to ever go back to this area, I’d definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it for others.

Great location

I enjoyed being between the bay and the beach. We were able to take a morning stroll with a cup of coffee and sit on the bay. The property was very clean. They did not have a hot tub that was in the description. The house did come stocked with chairs, a wagon and umbrella that came in very handy at the beach. The house was fully stocked with all the toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. I’m not sure if that is standard or just stuff left behind, but we did not have to purchase any of those household items making our stay very convenient. Chris was very responsive and provided everything that we needed to have a great vacation. I highly recommend the property.

Women's Tennis Trip to Treasure Island

I can't say enough nice things about Chris and his property. We had a great time. While we thought that we would be spending all of our time at the beach, we found sitting around the table in the backyard was awesome as well. We had six women and the space was roomy and comfortable, the convenience of being able to buy groceries and not have to eat out all the time was important. The closeness to the beach and water could not have been any better. The hotels further down the beach, had quite a hike to the water from the property this section of the beach was quite close from the wooden bridge that you cross over. We hope to be able to rent again, as we have two trips a year to Tennis Camp. Thanks Chris

Girls Trip!

Beach Please is a perfect Bungalow for your Beach Get-a-way! Very well appointed, very comfortable and the Hosts thought of EVERYTHING! Want to cook? Great selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans even storage containers! Want to just kick back in the backyard? Plenty of chairs, umbrella over the table, private backyard and even bug spray! Want to head to the beach? Host provides chairs, beach wagon, plenty of beach towels, outside shower to wash off the sand and only Half a block away from the gorgeous treasure island Beach! Plenty of restaurants to choose from if you want to eat out plenty of areas to shop. Just a great stay and location. Chris was very responsive to any questions. We had even unrelated to the bungalow. We had 4 to 5 women sharing the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it was very comfortable. Hope I can come back soon!

Perfect place to relax

This is good place for vacation. Nice house with everything you need, 5 minutes walk to beach,shake and ice cream shop is even closer, grocery stores, restaurants, gas station and gift shop few minutes away from house.The shower on the side of the house is perfect when you coming from the beach. Very close is John Pass Boardwalk, we went there fo alligator attraction and we could hold alligator (kids loved this) There is also fresh seafood to buy if you like to cook by yourself, many restaurants ice cream shops and gift shops. About 40 minutes drive to clearwater, where is Clearwater Aquarium,Pier 60 and a lot restaurants and other attraction. There is also about 40 minutes or less drive to Boca Ciega Millenium Park, this spot is perfect if you like nature. The house owner was very helpful, every time I asked for something he answer very fast. I am very happy that we could be in Treasure Island and stay in Chris house where we actually felt like in our own house. We definitely enjoyed our time.Thank you Chris !!!

Lovely escape from reality!

Home was impeccably clean with plenty of space for our family. The house is deceptively large and very well laid out for grandparents and children. Walking distance to beach and plenty of sand toys in the shed. Owners were very responsive to our needs and communication was seamless. We will be back!

Beach Getaway

We went to the beach just to rest and recup We normally stay on the beach so this was different for us. It was a short walk, even crossing the road was easy. The beach was beautiful and clean. The water was perfect. The house is beautiful and completely remodeled. Everything is brand new! Restaurants that the owner recommended were excellent. Perfect place right off the beach.

nice little house

Enjoyed our stay with multi-generation family of 5. Lovely backyard to sit in. Bedrooms were great. Kitchen was decently-equipped. Location is convenient as it is near beach, convenience store on corner, grocery store a mile down the road. Welcome packet of chocolates and coffee (always appreciated) and toiletry kits were nice touch. Special thanks to host Chris for being highly communicative before, during (as needed) and after the trip.
