Welcome to our pleasant, modern, and bright Basque home in the charming village of Arcangues, just a few minutes from Biarritz and 2 minutes from the Arcangues Golf Course.

Situated in a peaceful location, our 140 m² home, perched on the hillside, offers unobstructed views of the Basque mountains.

Inside, you’ll discover tasteful decor and high-quality amenities that make this the ideal spot for your family holiday.

The house features a cathedral ceiling that provides plenty of space and height.

A beautiful, bright, and cosy living area with a double mezzanine opens onto a spacious, partially covered terrace made of exotic wood—approximately 100 m²—adjacent to a garden filled with trees and flowers.

An 8 x 3.5 m heated pool, secured by a lockable roller cover and shielded from view, allows you to peacefully enjoy the tranquility of our home.

Deck chairs, outdoor furniture, and a beautiful 8-seat dining table are at your disposal so you can relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

The accommodation includes:

On the ground floor:

-1 large living area with a living room (sofa and TV), dining room, and modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster)

-1 separate toilet

-1 master suite with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and the bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm)

-A utility room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron)

Upstairs:

-2 bedrooms with 2 large double beds (140 x 200 cm)

-1 bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks

-1 separate toilet

-2 loft areas, one of which has 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm)

For added comfort, sheets and towels are included in the rental.
