This sun drenched studio is steps from the beach. It is a very private spot. Perfect for that special getaway. You will find a comfy couch in a very bright living space. The studio is a very cozy space. There is a full shower and a full bath located up 4 stairs as well as a washer and dryer. You are steps from the beach which is very private. The Carriage house is a 20 min beach walk away from the Ocean House. The Ocean House is a spectacular Hotel in Watch Hill.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the beach studio. It's location is ideal and it is beautifully furnished and outfitted. Julie provided a brand new grill for us to use. All questions were answered promptly. Check-in was a breeze.

Beautiful studio apartment just steps from the beach. Well appointed and clearly recently renovated. Plush towels, fresh linens, and comfy bed and couch. Julie was fantastic with communication - highly recommend for a couple traveling without children.

Beachfront hideaway

This cute studio is perfect for exploring the East Beach and downtown Watch Hill, RI. Our hostess Julie was incredibly responsive to our every question, and the description and space was spot on! Beautiful renovation and quiet tucked away location are a gem in this beautiful spot! I’d recommend to everyone!

Location was great. In magnificent neighborhood, and a short walk to a beautiful beach. Within walking distance to the Watch Hill harbor. Julie Huhn was very hospitable hostess. Gave us extra blankets when we requested them.

Perfect way to see Watch Hill

This is a great find for a single person or couple needing a beach getaway! The location cannot be beat...it is literally steps from the ocean. The studio is stylish and well equipped. We would recommend renting bikes for a few days and enjoying the sunsets from various Watch Hill vantage points. The giant ceiling fan kept nights cool. And when a family rented the attached cottage apartment, we barely heard them. Next time, we plan to bring folding cafe chairs: Happy Hour in the drive!

Perfect for Couples

One of the most unique properties I have ever rented. This studio is very well appointed and the location is simply incredible. A two minute walk to a basically empty beach. We biked to town as well as to Misquamicut very easily. The place comes with everything you need - towels, linens and ambience. Julie Huhn is a very caring host and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. A very lovely place.

Perfect Place for Beach, Town Access

Julie was a perfect host. All comms were clear and prompt. The property was immaculate. We stayed in the 1-bed share of the renovation carriage house. It is a brilliant renovation with a perfect combination of historical preservation and modern utilities and finishes. Just enough privacy, but close enough to the side road that you can see people headed to and from the beach and feel that simple, sweet summer energy even when you are not on the beach -- which literally is a hundred yards down the sleepy lane. The beach is perfect. Ocean View Ave can get busy, but, speed limit is 25mph and there is almost constant foot and bicycle traffic, so, stay on the grass and alert and it is 15 min walk to town. We hope to go back.

This is a great place to stay. 60 second walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk into town either by beach or roads. Place was clean and was equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Julie was a great host and communicated well. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach stay in Watch Hill!

It was a magical few days by the beach! My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Julie and Gary made themselves available and were willing to help if we needed absolutely anything. The studio is beautiful and newly renovated but still allows you to enjoy the character of Watch Hill. We can't wait to be back!
