Contemporary Villa with Private Pool & View – Calignac

Contemporary 110m² house for 6-7 guests, set on 2,000m² of land in a quiet residential area of Caligniac. Located 6 km from Nérac (all shops and supermarkets) and 18 km from Agen.

New for 2026: Reversible air-water heat pump providing underfloor cooling and heating.

Outdoor Living: Designed for an outdoor lifestyle with a large covered terrace overlooking the garden and private pool, offering panoramic views of the hills.

Pool Comfort: Features a retractable pool enclosure for added safety and warmer water temperatures from early spring.

New for July 2026: Private heated outdoor spa (5-person capacity).

Layout & Accessibility

The main living area is located on the upper floor, accessed via a wide metal staircase from the garden side.

Please Note: While 2022 renovations allow for flat access via the other side of the house, the property is not specifically designed for PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility). The staircase may pose a risk for young children, although it is secured with a standard safety gate.

Living Area: Bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 400L fridge/freezer) opening onto the covered terrace.

Maison très agréable malgré la canicule. La piscine et la PAC ont permis de garder l’intérieur bien frais. L’accueil par les hôtes était vraiment super, plein de bons conseils, et des réponses toujours rapides.Merci à vous !

Excellentes vacances

Excellent séjour dans une très belle région. La maison est tout à fait fidèle à l'annonce et les propriétaires sont très accueillants. La piscine et la magnifique vue sont de vrais plus.

Onze vakantie in Calignac

Zeer vriendelijk onthaalt door Sandrine, voldoende informatie gegeven aangaande de verblijfplaats alsook over de omgeving. Toffe accomodatie, zeer netjes, zeer open woning, proper verzorgd zwembad. Indien er problemen waren, kon je direct Sandrine bellen en zij loste het direct op. Een zeer prettige en leuke vakantie gehad. Top!

La villa et son environnement sont au top pour se promener a Nerac , Agen et bien d'autres bastides aux alentours Vincent l hote et Sandrine nous ont super bien accueillis et servis A recommander fortement !

Reposant et agréable

Nous venons de séjourner 15 jours dans la maison de Vincent. Nous avons passés de super vacances. Notre arrivée c est très bien passée grâce à Sandrine qui s’est rendue complètement disponible malgré une arrivée un peu tardive. La maison est très agréable à vivre, du fait de la disposition de la maison avec son espace de vie intérieur communiquant directement avec l extérieur. Nous avons un enfant de 2 ans, avant notre arrivée Vincent a fait installé une porte de sécurité enfant pour une sécurité totale. Toute la famille était sereine et libre. La piscine est très agréable et bénéficie du soleil toute la journée. La vue sur les coteaux est très agréable. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien et très alaise dans la maison. La maison est à proximité de Nérac ce qui est très facile pour les courses, les petites sorties, et balades. Différentes possibilités d’acheter fruits et légumes directement auprès des fermes proches de la maison. Vincent est un hôte très agréable, réactif et arrangeant. Lors d’un prochain séjour dans le Lot nous retournerons avec plaisir dans la maison de Vincent.
