Chez Hirondelle at Chateau Labatut is a charming fortified farmhouse, which enjoys magnificent views from it's private swimming pool and terrace. Set in 38 hectares of grounds in a private and secluded area below the owner's château.This spacious farmhouse has been restored, furnished and equipped to a very good standard by the English owners. There is horse riding, canoeing, golf, cycling and walking close by. Situated midway between Bordeaux and Toulouse, Agen is a short distance away.It is a charming city with a daily market, Gothic arches, medieval alleys, the Canal des Deux Mers and river Garonne. Bon encontre has a Sunday market selling locally produced fruit and vegetables. Toulouse, Bordeaux and Bergerac airports are equidistant (1 1/2 hrs) This is a truly excellent location for exploring, or relaxing and soaking up the sun in this delightful corner of France. Free unlimited WIFI available. Swimming pool is private and not overlooked .

A Restful Retreat

We were welcomed on arrival and were made to feel at ease straight away and were looked after throughout the whole stay We enjoyed a relaxing and stress free two weeks surrounded by wonderful views, some friendly wildlife (red squirrels, deer and hares) all by a lovely pool. We would recommend this property for families of all ages as the cottage is spacious and well equipped. The local markets are always a delight.

Spot clean and cosu stay with great pool

Clean, cozy and comfortable house Nice and helpful host Great smiling pool. Quiet stay 8 minute from all needed shops and grocery.
