The screen door opens onto a private awninged front porch overlooking Kearney Avenue and Franklin Street. • A newly renovated eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and ceiling fan. A half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen. A rear entrance to the kitchen from the parking area features an awninged deck.• Two large air conditioned bedrooms are situated on the second floor (one queen, and one double bed). • Two air conditioned bedrooms on the third floor (with two twin beds in each room). • A full bath, with a large tub and shower. The wainscotting preserves the charm of the original bathroom.
