Relax and unwind while staying right on the beach in Phoenix III in this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is on the 4th floor which can sleep up to 6 guests. Flat screen televisions and DVD players are in each bedrooms and the living area has a queen sofa sleeper and stereo system! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all of your meal prep needs. With a breathtaking view from the balcony and only steps from the beach, Phoenix III 3044 is a hit for all groups!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
