Great Family Vacation!

My Family and I had a great time on vacation this year! The Condo was perfect, exactly as described! Would definitely stay again and probably will. I have rented from this company in the past and always top notch! Thanks again for letting us make memories that will last a lifetime!

I was not told we needed arm bands. I was not told I needed to get parking pass from office, I thought the paper I printed out from payment online was my parking permit. I thought everything was done online.

Built in 1993, the Phoenix III is obviously dated overall. We visited some units that were owner-updated, but this did little to improve general floor plans with small or inconvenient shower/toilet layouts. Many drains plugged and some from our group had major plumbing problems. This said, staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, will probably seek a different condo if we return next year.
