This stunning beach-block property is beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained! The home features a bright and airy great room with 13-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows and white porcelain flooring throughout. This living area is spacious, and light filled, with a large flat screen TV, fireplace, a modern kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a huge center island, and all the amenities you would want. The dining table easily seats 10, with additional seating for 4 around the island. Enjoy the ocean breezes on this oversized front porch. Beach chairs and badges are provided, and when you come off the beach a full bathroom and additional outdoor shower await you at ground level.

Ocean City, New Jersey’s most popular family destination has eight miles of beaches, world famous Boardwalk, and quintessential downtown boasts something for everyone! Enjoy a jog or bike on the Boardwalk, shopping or dining downtown, and then hit the Boardwalk amusements at night.

This 5-Bedroom, 4-Bath home comfortably sleeps 12. The spacious bedrooms boast white porcelain flooring, Grohe bath fixtures, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans. The five bedrooms are configured as, (1) King primary ensuite with TV; (2) Queen ensuite; (3) Queen bed; (4) Pyramid bunk (twin over full size bed) with a pull-out twin trundle; and (5) Queen bed with TV.

Moving in is as effortless as 1-2-3 with the help of an Elevator which takes you from the garage level to the bedroom level so there’s no need to carry your luggage up the stairs. An extra fridge in the garage and BBQ makes family dinners a breeze. Home and front porch are smoke free. No Pets. No senior weeks.

Beautiful unit. Roomy kitchen and living area. Loved the huge dining table. So many places only have room for 8. We were a group of 10. Easy access to start of Boardwalk and to beach.
