Finally, there's a comfy sunroom with plenty of space to work and relax, and access to a spacious, unfenced backyard with a large patio, propane grill, firepit, and horseshoe pit. This home is just what you need to unwind, with easy access to the wide-open beach and just a few minutes’ drive to quiet Ocean Park or vibrant Long Beach. A pet under 50 lbs. is permitted with approval prior to booking. Beach Melody is equipped with Wi-Fi and Smart TVs, as well as a landline. Amazon Prime, Paramount+, LG TV, and live local and ABC coverage are provided, as well as streaming apps for use with guests' personal accounts. *This house has blink cameras on the exterior for maintenance when not rented and to monitor inclement weather.*
