This stunning new construction home is ready for you and your family! With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths there is room for everyone to stay comfortably. We are located right next to the town park, playground, tennis courts and most importantly ONLY 3 ½ blocks to the beach! Every amenity that Cape Charles has to offer is only a short stroll or Golf Cart ride away! The first floor offers a wide-open floor plan with comfy sectional, 6-person dining table and 4-person granite bar providing enough room for your entire family to spread out and relax! The gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, Keurig, glass tiled backsplash and beautiful granite countertops. The cabinets are stocked with all the kitchen essentials you will need during your stay! The backyard has a six-person patio table, gas grill and quaint yard for those beautiful summer day or night cookouts. On the second floor you will find the laundry room and spacious primary suite with king bed and balcony. The primary ensuite has a fully tiled walk-in shower and free-standing soaker tub waiting for you to melt the stress away from everyday life! The third-floor features two large bedrooms and full bath with a large deep soaker tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin over full bunk bed! Both guest rooms offer spacious closets and dressers. Each room in the home has a new Smart TV for those late night NetFlix and chill shenanigans. The Bay Front Beaches at Cape Charles have sandy white beaches, clear water and out of this world sunsets! With trails, charter fishing, marinas, winery, distillery, breweries, eateries, bakeries, shopping and more there is something for everyone awaiting you in historic Cape Charles… the Sunset town of Virginia! Amazing House!

We stayed for the week with our 3yo and 1.5yo and it was PERFECT! The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need, appliances in great condition and we rented the golf cart which was a MUST! The owner was super helpful and accommodating! Can’t recommend enough! We will definitely be back!

Love Cape Charles

House was perfect for our family. Open floor plan downstairs with large kitchen and dining area was great for our family meals. We also enjoyed the back deck and grilling. Bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space. Very tastefully decorated. Great location. The kids loved being right across from the park. Beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away. This was a great house in an amazing beach town. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning home. Very clean and relaxing. My family of 7 went and even the little kids had a nice time. In the home. The playground and community park is right across the street. The bathrooms are very relaxing. The walk to the beach is a very short.

Beautiful, well-planned new construction in the most charming little beach town.

The property and entire experience, from booking through checkout, was fantastic. It was my family of five and my mother-in-law, and there was room for more. The property was extremely clean, accurate as described, and very well thought out. A 10-minute walk to the beach or a two-minute golf cart ride. I would highly recommend this property for both comfort and location, and Raffaelle was a pleasure to work with -- he couldn't have been more responsive to us throughout the process.

Amazing Cape Charles vacation

This was our third year in Cape Charles- and we have loved each one. However, this property was, by far, our favorite. It was spacious, immaculate and beautiful. Communication with the owner was seem less and they were incredibly responsive. We are done trying other properties- we only want to stay here. Why mess either perfection?

Come for the beach, stay for the stairs

We had a great stay here. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, the layout worked really well for us. We had 4 small kids with us and they had a really good time. The ceilings are super high which makes everything feel super airy and open. It also means that there are a lot of stairs to the third floor. We eat like monsters on vacation so I’d count this as a plus. If you have kids, it’s a two block walk to a playground and a soccer field. We went there daily and really enjoyed not having to load up in the van. Would recommend!

Perfect escape

Look no further for your perfect week away. What a great house to stay and relax for a week in the most charming beach town! The House is brand new and just beautiful! The owners have thought of most everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The location is terrific - a short walk or cart ride to anything you can think of. The restaurants, breweries and shops are great. The beach is ideal for relaxing lazy days or for getting in a great paddle session via SUP or kayak! The sunsets are magical and simply can’t be beat. The owners are so very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Wedding Weekend Perfection

Attended a wedding at the Oyster Farm and needed comfortable, spacious accommodations for family and friends. This house exceeded my expectations in all categories. The online pictures are beautiful but believe me when I say it this home is amazing in person. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, nice bathrooms, and great outdoor space. The owner has thought of everything, even sound machines on the bedside tables! Will stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends and family. Be sure to rent the golf cart! So much fun scooting around town and easy parking at the beach.

This was by far the best stay my family and I have had! If you haven't been to Port Charles VA, go. People are friendly. Beach is awesome! I will be visiting again. This house was beautiful.
