Charming T2 with breathtaking views of the bay of La Baule and the marina of Pornichet. Located on the 3rd floor with lift, the apartment has been totally renovated and has 2 balconies, 1 bedroom side and a living room side for lunch facing the sea. Ideally located 50 m from the halls of Pornichet and all its shops and restaurants. The beach is just at the foot of the building and for your greatest pleasure, you will walk to the beach club for children and the casino of Pornichet for the older ones.<br> The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, an alcove area with a bunk bed for 2 people downstairs and a single bed upstairs. A bathroom with walk-in shower. A fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV.

Malgré un temps assez maussade nous avons pu pleinement profiter de nos vacances pour découvrir la région. L'appartement est très agréable et idéalement situé face au port et à proximité des commerces ; tout était parfait je recommande sans réserve ce logement.

Vacation pornichet

Very nice apartment, renewed, clean and ideally located, the shops are a few steps away as well as the beach. Very good. Private parking space included which is a plus.

L’appartement est idéalement situé entre le port et ses restaurants, la place du marché et bien sûr la plage ! Il est très bien équipé et aménagé ! La vue est très chouette. Bref, nous recommandons vivement !
