L'appartement était bien aménagé et parfaitement équipé, ce qui nous a permis de passer une semaine très confortable à Arcachon. Il était également idéalement situé, à proximité de la plage, du centre-ville et des commerces : tout était facilement accessible à pied. Isabelle a été très sympathique et la communication a été fluide du début à la fin. Tout s’est déroulé sans aucun problème.

Appartamento carino corrispondente alla descrizione. Ottima la posizione per andare al mare e visitare il centro. Unico piccolo problema è l’assenza del Wi-Fi.

Appartement pas propre. Lavabo bouché, toiles d’araignées dans tous les coins de l’appartement, Pas d’eau chaude deux jours consécutifs. Donc douches froide ! Je ne recommande pas ce logement

La personne a confondu Abritel avec un palace où le concierge devait répondre à ses moindres désirs. Elle a lu l'annonce trop rapidement puisqu'elle nous a demandé où était la place de parking alors qu'il n'en a jamais été question dans l'annonce. Pour l'eau chaude, le problème est arrivé le soir et elle nous en a fait part le lendemain alors qu'il suffisait d'éteindre et de rallumer le chauffe eau. Je ne saurai trop lui conseiller de réserver dans un hôtel qui répondra à tous ses exigences et autres billevesées. Personnellement, nous avons retrouvé du sable un peu partout dans notre studio et une TV complétement déprogrammée. Quant aux araignées qui ont travaillé durant toute l'année, elles ont le droit de profiter de l'excellent emplacement de notre studio et des plages toutes proches.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Arcachon dans cet appartement très agréable et bien aménagé. Il est idéalement situé pour profiter à pieds des différents quartiers d’Arcachon. Je tiens à souligner l’excellent accueil réservé par Isabelle et Fabien, avec une mention spéciale «motard friendly » pour le garage de la moto.

Une situation idéale

Cet appartement clair , calme et fonctionnel est un endroit idéal dans le centre d'Arcachon pour tout découvrir à pied ou à bicyclette ( baignade toute proche, shopping et restauration variée). L'accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui présente de nombreux atouts. G et D M.
