Just a 2-minute walk from the safe sandy swimming beach, boat ramp, jetty, ski lane, and waterfront reserve, it's an ideal base for boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and exploring the Marlborough Sounds.

Designed for relaxed group living, the home features four separate living spaces, allowing adults and children to spread out and enjoy their own areas. Multiple rooms can be configured as either king or single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your group.

Enjoy two outdoor entertaining areas, including sunny decks and a sheltered courtyard with BBQ facilities, perfect for long summer evenings. The games room includes table tennis, while children will love the large trampoline and spacious lawn. Two kayaks with adult and children's life jackets are available for guest use, and two large fridge-freezers make catering for larger groups easy.

Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, the home remains comfortable year-round with three heat pumps and additional heaters in every bedroom.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Linen hire is available for an additional fee of $30 per person per stay and includes sheets, towels, bath mats, hand towels, and face cloths.
• A compulsory cleaning fee applies at a base rate of $150 and may be adjusted according to group size.
• Dogs: A $200 refundable dog bond is required per dog if you wish to bring them, which is paid back once we check the property.
• Hand soap is provided. Guests should bring their preferred body wash and personal toiletries.
