Great host, excellent at communicating with us and very helpful. Is a great holiday Bach, close to the local pub and cafe, and nearby bike and walk trails. Great wee holiday spot to chill out.
It was just the right place for our family. Being together means alot to my husband and I am we were able to enjoy that, lors of walking, riding, eating and laughing, thank you
I thought this property might be noisy as it is close to the pub, but it was very quiet and well appointed, plenty of heating options to keep everyone warm. The sleepout was also very well appointed. The only consideration is that the dryer and the microwave might be hard to reach for shorter people like me - I get around this by having a tall son - and the beds accommodate for his tallness!

Thanks for coming to stay- I am also vertically challenged so understand your comments however we did the best we could with the space we had and do have a wee stool for people to stand on. Great that the beds worked well for your son. Hope we can welcome you back again sometime.
The Host was excellent. The property is well resourced. We arrived and moved right in. Nothing else required. There was even shower gel in the shower. Everything has been thought of.

Worked perfectly for our needs (two families of 4) for a mainly biking weekend .... great location. Martina was very helpful with letting us know arrangements of the house and things to do around naseby.....
Awesome accommodation in a great wee location. Royal Hotel Restaurant has great meals, nice walking tracks close by & night sky tours that were amazing!! Only a 2O minute drive to Hayes Engineering which I’d highly recommend visiting!
This is the perfect holiday home for a stay in Naseby. The owner is attentive and great communicator. The holiday home is very tidy, warm and well equipped. We holiday in Naseby often and recommend this holiday home. Thanks for the great stay.
Great home, great location and perfect Xmas vacation. Tons of room and lots of beds, 2x bathrooms are great, full laundry, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Linen is perfect with lots and lots of towels. We really enjoyed the location too, easy to find, lots of parking and next to the pub is handy.
Oven runs a bit hot if you are doing any baking (Xmas day Sticky Date pudding and Pavlova) You’re not there for baking - get out in your bike or walk around town.
Highly recommended.

Loved the location and the kids loved the games, books and toys, night light.
Loved the location and the kids loved the games, books and toys, night light. Perfectly set up for toddlers/children and close to the park etc. Loved the cottage and will be back.
We had a fantastic break in beautiful Naseby. The house was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. Modern, beautifully warm, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean on arrival. Highly recommend. Thanks Martina for your wonderful hospitality and information on the area. Liz, Rowan & family.
Wonderful place. Everything you want and need for a quiet family getaway.

Great holiday spot
The house and sleepout were perfect for our break. Both were clean and tidy.
We could not understand the negetive coments in the visitors book. Some people are hard to please.
Our group consisted of 9 men ,all had beds only one on matress on floor.
My only query was about the cost.I booked for 12 people and for various reasons only 9 went.l payed $1675 is that the correct amount? Or have i overpayed
Thanks again
Mike
