Breathtaking views with the convenience of being so close to town! This beautiful 4 bedroom home overlooking Lake Wakitipu has expansive lake, and Mountain views. It is an easy 8 minute walk from central Queenstown, and a 7 minute drive to the airport. Great family holiday house offering a spacious, modern layout with lovely wrap around decks, level yard for children and children's wing with bedroom and tv room. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac it boasts all the conveniences of home including Sky TV and highspeed fibre wifi . Supermarkets, shopping and Restaurants of Queenstown all within walking distance. The house, sleeping up to 8 people, contains 4 Bedrooms, includng 3 king splits, that can be made up as singles or super king beds, and 1 king bed in the master suite . There are 2 1/2 bathrooms, which have been fully renovated, separate rumpus/tv room, modern fully equipped kitchen, full laundry and great heating throughout. A purpose built, heated drying cupboard provides storage for all your ski gear. This, in addition to the easy 20 minute drive to the skiing fields of Coronet Peak, make "Vista Del Lago" the ideal skiing holiday house. We have plenty of board games, books and digital TV to access Netflix, Sky TV and other streaming services. Enjoy a romantic getaway or a fun group family holiday in this magnificent home!

A beautiful, spacious home with a great lake view and generous living and dining spaces. We loved being so close to the centre of town, yet in a quiet and serene neighbourhood. Absolutely perfect for a week in Queenstown!

What a beautiful place to stay for our last 3 days in the South Island! The bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room with fireplace and the huge deck with fantastic views were all spectacular. Easy walking distance to the vibrant downtown with great restaurants, hiking tracks, and the Skyline. Our host Mardi was responsive and helpful.

A wonderful house in the best spot in Queenstown - walking to town, great spaces for us, our adult children and their partners. And a view to die for. Fantastic main space with a comfortable lounge with two big couches and beanbags, adjoining kitchen with all equipment and some good staples supplied, and a long solid table big enough for 8 of us - all facing Queenstown and the lake. Wrap around deck a bonus.

Great view and location

We had a nice stay here! Nice bathrooms, amazing views from living area and nice private master bedroom and kids wing. No bunks as pictured. Beds are singles pushed together. Only issue really was bad property management. No communication on lead up to check in. Wrong entry details provided which was awkward (mistakes do happen). Property manager decided to take issue on exit with a single bed moved into another room to accomodate our three children. We did forget to return it to its former location admittedly. However this would be very simple fix for a professional management company. Dealing with the property manager has put a sour taste at the end of an otherwise great family holiday. Professionalism not amazing from queenstownhoildayhomes.com Im really sorry I had to write this. But I've never had an experience like this before.

This property is close to town centre and easily accommodated our family it is well insulated and stays warm without heating on… underfloor heating and heated towel rails are awesome..views of the town and mountains are fantastic

Spacious home with great views

We enjoyed a lovely 10 day stay over Christmas and New Year. The open plan accommodation with large bedrooms was perfect for 3 generations of our family. The location is great. Limited parking on street was a bit of a pain but the proximity to town and the awesome views more than made up for it!

Perfect in Every Way

The views are gorgeous. All of the bedrooms are huge, particularly the master. The layout of the house in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms is spot on. The house is very large with enough space for our party of 9 to relax in different living areas. The kids’ room with bunk beds and attached kids’ retreat was well-appointed and far enough to be out of the parents’ hair but close enough to supervise. The main living area is exceptional. Day of arrival it was awesome to arrive late in the afternoon to some drinks bring left in the fridge from previous renters. The pantry also had a few non perishable grocery items stored securely which made it very convenient to eat some meals in. Parking is off street. Perfect heating throughout, particularly chilling in front of the gas fireplace. Washing was easy. Close location to all ski fields and very short walk into Queenstown. There is a bit of a hill to walk back up to get home, but no more than most other accommodation as Queenstown in set amongst hills!! Owners were easy to liaise with and their agent on the ground was friendly and freely available to answer any questions we had, no matter how silly they were. All in all, our whole group had an amazing holiday, we will be back. Thank you!
