Queenstown Lakeside Private Estate 4 Bed/3 Bath, Hot tub
Our house is located within a private gated estate and has unparalleled lake and mountain views. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining/living, plus a separate TV area and office, there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a peaceful holiday.
There is a large garden, with plenty of room for children to play; the shared use of a tennis court, with rackets and pickleball gear for your use; plus the shared use of a boat ramp and jetty, picnic area and BBQ by the lake.
The TV room has a very large Smart TV where you can log onto your own streaming platforms. The house has unlimited WIFI and a copious selection of board games, toys, books and puzzles. You will be all set on bad weather days.
There is an entertainer's kitchen with a butler's pantry - a cook's delight, fully stocked with everything you need. Additionally there is an orchard and vegetable garden and we invite you to help yourself where available.
We have a path through native bush, which takes you down to the lake. From here you can walk alongside the lake in either direction. It is a 40 minute walk to the Jacks Point Golf Clubhouse, the perfect destination for lunch or morning/afternoon tea.
The house's views are second to none, making our home the perfect place to relax. It is 20 minutes from Queenstown and Arrowtown, 10 minutes from Frankton and most services, 5 minutes from The Remarkables and 25 minutes from Coronet Peak. Its location maximises being away from the noise and energy of Queenstown, whilst still being an easy drive to any facilities or activities. It is the kind of place to come and relax. Most of our guests never want to leave. It definitely lends itself to longer stays, where you can sit and catch up on "you-time".

The house was extremely comfortable and well appointed, hosts were extremely helpful. The bedrooms are all have Queen or double beds, 3 good bathrooms and an excellent kitchen with great appliances including a BBQ and top notch espresso machine. Having 2 sitting rooms was great. Lovely garden, amazing views and access to the lake a short walk away. Suited our three generation family group of 7 very well. About 10
mins from Frankton shops, another 10 to Qtown proper. Had no trouble getting Ubers along with renting a car at the airport.
Awesome property, I don’t feel the bookabach photos do it justice. We stayed with several couples, children and a baby. The house is big enough that all the couples were able to have their own space. There was a huge selection of indoor and outdoor toys for the kids and a lovely big garden with trampoline. There was also a wonderful toy box for the baby and the house was pretty baby-proof. The views from the garden are beautiful and the area lovely and peaceful. We loved the well maintained veggie garden and the short walk down to the lake. Would highly recommend.
Spent the Christmas/NY holiday period here and had a fabulous time. As others have said, its close enough to Frankton to be able to pop down the road and get supplies/take-aways but far away enough to miss all the chaos that is QT central.
The house has wonderful views and is big and quiet. The lawn and gardens are great, and our kids had a blast feeding the chooks and collecting the eggs!
It can get a little warm upstairs during summer as there is no AC/heat pump, but there are ceiling fans and you can leave the windows open (We didn't see any midgies or mossies!).
Totally worth it though, a great place to stay to relax and let the kids run around (No carpet, so no worries about spilt drinks!)
We loved our relaxing week long stay at this property. It is just outside of Queenstown so away from the hustle and bustle but easily accessible if you want to head into town. We did lots of day trips around the area but were always happy to come back to the house at the end of the day. The layout of the house was great for a multi generation group like ours (we had 5 adults and 3 kids) with the bedrooms away from the living area so there was always somewhere to find a quiet spot. Beautiful, big combined living/kitchen area and a wonderful garden. There is plenty to do with a large lawn with trampoline (perfect for a game of soccer or catch), the shared tennis court (which also has a basketball hoop) and an area down on the lake with a BBQ and jetty to enjoy as well. The views are just beautiful with great sunsets and lots of birds. There are many lovely sunny spots to read a book. Kelly was great with communication and we can't thank her and her family enough for sharing this beautiful house with us.
Had a great week here. Lovely house and location and loved being close up to the Remarkables. 25mins out of ChCh and Arrowtown, but if you want a more rural setting then this is it.

Unbelievable location. Stunningly beautiful.
We stayed for 7 nights over Christmas, 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The house is fantastic and in an incredible location with stunning views. A perfect base outside Queenstown with loads of space, and peace and quiet. A great garden and access to the lake to swim (very cold!!). My two boys loved playing outside and jumping in the lake.
Thanks to Kelly who set the house up perfectly for our arrival and left great information and allowed us to treat the house as our own for the week. And for checking that all was ok during our stay.
I would recommend to everyone.

We had a lovely stay in this very relaxing home. There is plenty of room and we had many hours down at the lake front. The estate has it's own boat ramp and jetty and we just loved our time there beside the lake.

We all loved this warm, comfortable and inviting home
We all loved this warm, comfortable and inviting home. It is positioned perfectly in a
private community surrounded by the Remarkables
Mountain range and the lake front. It is close enough
Queenstown to be in the action but far away to escape
if you want to.
The house itself is very well equipped and we loved
hanging out on the great kitchen staring at the lake.
We all loved our time here and it was very difficult
to leave.

The location is superb...
The location is superb. You are only 8 miunte drive from Frankton and 12 miuntes to downtown Queenstown. We loved the awesome home and the peace and quiet yet the convenience to all that Queenstown has to offer is only a short drive. The views are breathtaking and you cannot help but find the surroundings "Remarkable".
