Awesome stay! Great communication

This was my second stay at Breakers (different condo). Im super pleased with our stay. The room was cleaned, well stocked and smelled good. The communication with the property manager was great! We were even able to extend our stay by one night without any issues. I will be returning for sure! We love the convenience of being across from Coligny Plaza. We only got in the car once. Everything we needed was walking distance.

Great spot

The Breakers is right across from Coligny Plaza and directly on Coligny beach. Everything you need is right there. We have stayed at the Breakers before and this is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. Spacious modern kitchen. Comfortable living room. Nice views of the ocean from the terrace. Parking was ample.

Great location with easy access to beach. Very family friendly area with shops and restaurants nearby. The security guards on the premises were so friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the plumbing but it was resolved quickly. There was a heat advisory with very high humidity during our stay so that might explain why the front door was so hard to open - it felt stuck and didn't want to open, but I think that was the weather so I didn't mention to management. The bed in the room was fine; my son said the pull-out mattress wasn't very comfortable. Overall, a nice place and the pictures in the listing are accurate.

Love the Breakers in the fall

We love HHI in the Fall, especially at the Breakers. Our stay was the best yet. We are 100% booking for next year. Everyone at the Vacation Company was fantastic to work with. We had Wi-Fi issues on Sunday and someone came out right away to get us all set up. The only not so good part was the bed, but other than that everything was perfect!

Small, but clean and convenient

Fine for just a couple. Very convenient location to beach and shopping. Suggest venting the dyer to the outside as the hall and bathroom ceiling were covered with water droplets that fell on the floor and our heads. Security was friendly and helpful.

Was not happy with the bed. Room was too small for the bed that was in it. Location was excellent. Did have a issue with the AC called and sent someone out to fix it.

Great location

Great location, on beach, close to shops and restaurants. The only down side was that the condo was not the cleanest. Thick dust on top of refrigerator, bathroom floor had not been cleaned, was covered in hair. Had a musty smell initially, but once we opened sliding door and let fresh air in, it was fine. Other than that, everything was great!

Our Stay at Breakers, Hilton Head

The until was lovely, the location was great. Although the units are small, they are fine for two people. The biggest issue for us is the bed up against the wall because we are in our 70s and it makes it difficult to get in and out of the bed. I realize options are limited because of the size of the room, but it would make things just a bit better if there was another way to rearrange the room somehow. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Nice little condo

Our unit was nicely decorated, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had a great coffee maker and was stocked well with the necessities. The living room and the balcony provided comfortable places to relax. The only closet is tiny and located in the hall near the front door and houses a mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner. The only bedroom is very small, but the real problem was the mattress. It was not comfortable for either one of us.

Perfect location!

Loved the location, property was very clean, had everything you needed. Two improvements - we were told the pool was heated, and it was not. There are incorrect instructions to connect to wifi, with two incorrect usernames and two incorrect passwords. I had to call to get the correct info. They need to update the paperwork. Included on the paper was instructions to call and repair the wifi yourself as the property owners would not do it for you. I have no interest in spending my vacation on the phone with tech support.
