The home was just as described and perfect for a best friends getaway. It was close to catching the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard and downtown Hyannis which has shops, restaurants, and great ice cream. Would definitely stay again.

The owners communications was great and timely. The location was near to downtown, the ferry and shopping. It house is located in an older neighborhood. The house had a well equipped kitchen hen and everything you need for a short term stay including a washer and dryer. We did several day drips so the house was an easy landing location. Good value.

Great little cottage. We didn’t realize the house was at the end of the runway by the maps but enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. I would come back.

Rental was nice. It could use an upgrade on the mattress (people want a good nights sleep while they’re on vacation) and the outdoor space could use some love. It didn’t feel very cape vacation like. Maybe a seating area on the lawn instead of just two chairs on a concrete slab. Location was nice. Very easy to get downtown. Other than the bed and the outdoor space, the rental was nice.
