Tucked behind Main Street, this light-filled and beautifully furnished end unit condo is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and less than 2 blocks from Hyannis harbor with the artist shanties and ocean view restaurants. Veteran's Beach is less than a mile away and the Beach Pass which is included with the condo allows you to visit all beaches in the Town of Barnstable (6 villages including Hyannis= many, many choice beaches!) The property is located in the historic area of Hyannis known as Sea Captain's Row.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, there is also a sleeper couch. 4-6 guests can comfortably stay here. There is a television with cable tv. WIFI is now included!
A library of books is available to guests. There is a full eat-in kitchen.
Off Street parking for 2 cars.
Sorry no pets and no smoking.

The stay was great you feel welcome as soon as you enter very clean and tidy with plenty of supplies for the week. The condo is downtown and yet it is still very quiet. Definitely will be staying there again.

Hyannis stay

Excellent property in great location

The property was everything that we hoped for. Clean and comfortable with all the appliances we needed. The beach pass is a bonus. Location ideal for walking to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and for visiting other parts of Cape Cod.

Condo in perfect location

The location of the condo is wonderful. Around the corner from Main St, but quiet so we could have a restful night. Many sites were walkable from the condo. The beds were comfortable and we had enough space for our family of 4. Highly recommend for a Cape Cod vacation.

Perfect location

We loved staying at the condo. Besides being in a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and beaches, the condo had all the amenities we needed for our girls weekend. Jan kept in touch leading up to our visit and the check in process was very easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Hyannis condo

Janis was an absolute pleasure to work with. She responded to my questions immediately and help me with activities. The condo was clean and perfectly located on the outskirts of town It was perfect for our family of 4 and the beach pass was a plus.

Perfect condo!

We had a lovely stay at Janis’ condo in Hyannis! We woke up every morning to the delicious smells of fresh baked cookies from the Kayak cookie bakery right behind the condo! The condo was a great location, just a minute walking distance from downtown Hyannis. We brought our bikes and biked down to the harbor (5 min bike ride) to catch the ferry to Nantucket. The condo had plenry of amenities and everything you would need to have a fabulous stay, including boogie boards and sand toys, beach gear, lots of kitchen necessities, etc. The condo is also pretty centralized from all the places in the Cape we wanted to visit! It was clean, the air conditioner was lovely, and the games, books and TV options were nice extras that made time at the condo a fun place to spend time and relax! We will definitely book again the next time we visit the Cape!

Charming condo in great location.

Cozy, charming condo with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is even stocked with more than the basics. Beds are comfortable, higher end linens and towels. Walking distance to Main St, harbor, restaurants, shops. Owner is very accessible without being at all intrusive. Would highly recommend!

Hyannis Hideaway

Tucked behind Main Street is this quiet 2 story apartment. Her whole microneighborhood is under construction will look wonderful. The location is within walking biking distance to breakfast cafe, grocer, dockside eateries, JFK Museum, park and beach , the railroad etc. Best stocked kitchen and living room. Great value. Loved my stay, my best to Janice.

Cape Cod summer

Wonderful condo in a great location. Perfect size for our family of 3. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Short drive to beaches and the National Seashore is within about 30 minutes. Biking on the CCBT was enjoyable. Very important to us is having convenient charging for our EV. There are chargers practically across the street from the condo at the transit station. Free charging and less than a 5 minute walk.

GREAT LOCATION & CHARMING CONDO!

Great location! We walked to and caught the the Nantucket Ferry at the harbor. Only 3 blocks away! The Cape Cod Railroad station is 1 block away. We enjoyed great breakfasts daily at Percy's, which is a half a block away. There are at least 10 good restaurants within a 4 block walk. Lots of charming shops too.The two story condo is very clean and decorated in a beach theme. The owner is super accommodating and on top of everything.

Don't think twice! Just book it!

We spent a week. We are a family of 4 (2 kids) and we couldn't be more thankful for the days spent there. You can walk to the Harbor and to Main Street. The beach pass is an amazing add-on. Janis does a great job providing almost everything. Besides, there is Trader Joe's 15 minutes away, a laundromat 10 minutes away and a bakery almost next door (you wake up with the smell of fresh cookies). We'll definitely go back (this was our second stay!).

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location!
Since the 1970s, 'The Cape' has been part of my life. My folks had a house in Hyannis for many years, and it was then I fell in love with the 'village' of Hyannis! One of my dreams was to have a place of my own to 'get away' from it all, be able to park my car and just walk everywhere. That's what this place provides...a central location where I can just walk and enjoy the fantastic views of the harbor and the ocean. I hope you will love the location and my special place as much as I do.

What makes this property unique

One of the special things I love about this property is during the summer when the windows are open and the beautiful breeze is cooling the indoors, I can hear the sound of the boats and ferries with their deep sounding horns as they enter the harbor.
