Location is amazing, at the top of a hill with views of the bay in the distance. Pictures can’t do it justice. The garden is fantastic, and wineries are 12 minutes to 30 minutes away from this peaceful and private retreat. Their gardens space is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The eggs, butter, bread, and fresh fruit from the orchard was a nice treat. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again if we make it back here.

Seafield Cottage is an oasis of calmness & tranquility only a short drive from Napier centre. Everything was as advertised or better. My stay was restorative & rejuvenating. I arrived feeling stressed & left feeling calm, clear & rested. The gym is a wonderful addition -I loved completing a work out with a view! I enjoyed the spa under the stars both nights. The cottage is spotlessly clean & very comfortable. It has all the amenities one needs & more. I loved watching the tuis & other birds feeding from the bird feeder on the deck. The property itself is huge, private & gorgeous. I loved wandering through the orchard & through all the mature trees - magical! The pond was a special place for meditation. Sheryl is a wonderful host with excellent communication & care for her guests. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us.

Our second visit and we had another brilliant weekend. We made good use of the stunning gardens and had a packed lunch down at the pond with the very vocal frogs! Nice spa under the stars followed by hot chocolate in-front of the outdoor fire. Excellent communication from owners.
