South Bays Cottage is situated less than 100 metres from the boat ramp and also the main Marina. This 2 bedroom cottage has been totally renovated inside with modern appliances. Unlimited Fibre Broadband is included. The main bedroom has a queen bed and sliding doors to outdoors. The other bedroom also has a queen bed. Ideal for kids with a large area to run around. Fishermen will be happy with off street parking for a boat and car. This cottage backs onto reserve land. NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/pillow cases/tea towels) Duvets & Pillows provided

Great quiet place in the heart of South Bay

A good simple two bedroom batch in the heart of South Bay. Perfect for weekend or longer stays, close to the water and walking distance to some nice walks. Highly recommended.

We have stayed there before its a great place to stay and very close to all things we wanted to do and love it, but we think the people before us could of had a pet with them white hair over things. I would stay there again.

Amazing location, has everything you need!

Loved our stay here! My two young kids and I had enough space to run around outside and all the comforts inside for when the weather shifted and we headed indoors. Close to all of the best parts of Kaikoura and just a short walk to the peninsula track. Loved our stay!

This was the perfect bach for us. Quiet, private, just the right size. The back deck and small garden were nice and they even had a compost bin.
