The house offers an open-plan layout with a small deck off the lounge to enjoy the morning sun and a larger deck with a spa pool, BBQ, and outdoor furniture to soak up the afternoon sun. Just a 5-minute drive to Rotorua’s beautiful lakes and the city center, it’s the ideal base for your next stay

The Space:
The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for families. The Master Bedroom features a luxurious King Bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two also boasts a King Bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bedroom Three is ideal for kids, offering a Double Bed with a Single Bed above in a fun bunk-style arrangement. The living room provides a cozy atmosphere with a wood burner fireplace, perfect for those cooler evenings, and a split-style heat pump/AC unit to ensure comfort year-round. Outside, you'll find a double garage and additional off-street parking. Located near the forest, the property provides easy access to numerous walking and riding trails, making it an excellent base for exploring Rotorua.

You'll have access to the entire house during your stay. This includes the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. You can also use amenities like the hot tub, BBQ grill, and garden. There is free parking available on the premises and on the street.

Getting around is easy! The house is conveniently located approximately 5 kilometers from Rotorua's city center (CBD). For those who enjoy a scenic walk, a beautiful thermal walkway provides a pleasant route. If you prefer public transport, a bus stop is located right at the front gate. For parking, we offer a double garage and ample off-street parking.

Wonderful location and property

We loved our stay in this property. It had a nice relaxed feel to it, and the location was ideal (out of the smelly area!). It was well stocked with basic supplies and very clean. Loved the hot tub!

The location close to Redwoods Park was excellent. Owner was fantastic getting the oven replaced and getting us additional towels. We had a lot of problems with the internet ( really slow and router shut down frequently) Hot tub was great, and so was having a garage for the bikes.We had a problem with VRBO but the manager (InnList) was very helpful and got us alternate accommodation for the night on short notice. Thank you

A great house in a fabulous location. It had everything we needed. Lots of space, comfy beds, great lock up for bikes and the spa was a real treat. We will stay again next time we are in Rotorua.

Amazing space and location

I picked this location for the quieter neighborhood and it was really nice and peaceful but still close to everything, especially the redwoods. The space was great and roomy, wish we had time to stay longer. The hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. Communication was clear and I appreciated the discount codes for activities which I was able to use for a few things.

Fab little place - do not judge the outside when you first see it because inside it is a delight everything was great especially the sofa - OMG - it was so comfortable. The outdoor spa was so relaxing and so warm. The fireplace was great and all the rooms were heated - the location was perfect close to everything- Uber delivers and you can walk to the redwood forest

As a group of 4 (2 couples) we found this place pretty spot on in terms of location (near to all the great tourist attractions), cleanliness, convenience and comfortability. We had a great stay. The home is comfortable, there is a great toybox for little with blocks and train tracks that kept the grandchildren entertained for hours. The hot tub was great after a day of fly fishing😉. It was so nice to have the space to relax in. Recommend for families.

Even more than we needed!

Big roomy house on a quiet street. Just as advertised. 3 big bedrooms, big kitchen and sitting area. A hot tub! Very clean and tidy. Check in and out was simple and well communicated. We walked into the redwood forest just up the street. Perfect for a family with kids or just a couple. Loved it.

Old House

First impressions were good. However, as soon as you settle in, you notice a lot of dust, dirt and grime. There were Christmas decorations still under the couch and a ball under the bed in the main bedroom. The shelves were only partially wiped and full of dust otherwise. The coffee pods from previous visitors were still in the Nespresso machine. The freezer still has food in it, not sure how long it has been there for. The carpet area under the beds and couches were full of dust. These areas have not been cleaned for a very long time. The toy basket and the vase was used by previous guests as a dustbin, and these were never checked and emptied.

Great house, so close to the redwoods! This is a 10 minute drive away from the downtown area. We felt it was worth that. Super quiet, clean, huge house! We sat on the deck nightly and grilled. It was a great spot.

Couple days in Christchurch with friends

The property was easy to find, parking adequate for our 15-p van. Everything was nice, although the ensuite bathroom was a bit small. There was some stuff missing (garbage bags for example) but quickly remedied by the host and a visit to the grocery store. The back deck was great.

Lovely, clean house, perfect for our school holiday family escape. Just a couple of minutes from the Redwoods MTB trails. A spa for afterwards, ping pong for alternative entertainment, and a lovely warm lounge to relax in at night.

This house is incredibly homely and comfortable. Plush carpets, the world's biggest, comfiest couch, lovely linen, etc. My only feedback to owner is that bathroom Could be renovated to same luxurious standard as rest of house. No biggie, just being honest. But we loved our stay. Spa pool was amazing :-) and loved the fire and all the art!

Comfortable and Convenient Holiday Home

Great location and perfect accommodation for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the Redwoods for our bike riding and room to store the bikes. We did have to park one of our vehicles close to the garage door to make sure it was secure as one door didn't lock. Be good to have that fixed for anyone wanting to store their bikes. Otherwise certainly recommend this holiday home.
