Vue magnifique sur la Tinee

Lieu idéal pour les amoureux de la montagne et la randonnée. Bolline possède en plus une superbe piscine. Appartement très bien rénové et confortable. Vue imprenable. Par contre l'immeuble est mal tenu. Chaleur très élevée l'après-midi en raison du manque d'isolation du toit .

Merci pour votre séjour qui semble vous avoir plu. Effectivement dans le Sud de la France et même en montagne la canicule sévi et donc il fait chaud et parfois très chaud 🙂 Les volets sont là pour atténuer la chaleur il ne faut pas hésiter à les fermer. Rien à voir avec votre la toiture et sa supposée mauvaise isolation puisque cette dernière a intégralement été refaite en 2023 ! Mais j’ai tenue compte de votre ressenti et j’ai équipé l’appartement de trois ventilateurs. Merci pour votre critique constructive. Comme vous avez pu le constater une partie de l’immeuble est en cours de rénovation dans les parties communes du rez-de-chaussée, les travaux ce n’est jamais joli à regarder c’est vrai. Peut-être à bientôt pour profiter des ventilateurs. Belle journée. Claudine
