In full center of saint Martin Vésubie's village (street Cagnoli), studio of 25 m ² for 2 people, crossed, quite equipped, done up like new compound(made up) of a main room(part,play) with a totally fitted out kitchen area, a sleeping area with a sofa bed with a very good bedding, and television and of a bathroom any including outing gives a shower with hydromassants jets, towel dryer and washing machine(machines).

Très beau séjour

Studio confortable qui nous a permis de découvrir la Vésubie. La station de ski de la colmiane est à seulement 3 km. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié 3 bons restaurants : le st Mart , les pirates , et la cave. Le studio est situé au coeur du village ce qui est très appréciable ! Un parking se trouve à proximité. Nous reviendrons certainement en février et en été.

Agréable studio situé en plein centre de St Martin Vésubie, donc au coeur des activités estivales : fêtes, marchés et activités nocturnes. Il correspond en tous points à sa description sur le site, pas de surprises désagréables. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et accessibles : encore un grand merci pour la confiture de pêches, délicieuse et faite maison ! N'étant pas véhiculée, j'ai néanmoins pu faire d'innombrables randonnées pédestres dans la montagne et visiter, grâce à une navette, les quelques sites clés de la région : le parc Alpha, le bassin de baignade biologique de Roquebillière, la station thermale de Berthemont... Le car reliant Nice à St Martin Vésubie (730) permet également de visiter les différents petits villages traversés dont Lantosque et Roquebillière. Pour conclure, j'ai passé un très agréable séjour.

The accommodation is exactly as described. Clean and comfortable with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately it is rather too near the village bakery which starts work very early in the mornings. It also overlooks the local bar that the villagers use. One night there was very loud live music until gone mid-night and on a couple of other nights very lively entertainment and drinking going on to well past mid-night. There is only one window that can be left open during the very hot and humid nights and that is directly over the bar and bakery which makes for only a few hours sleep between the bar and the bakery.

Bonne adresse, appartement confortable et très calme, équipement complet, parking facile. Situation idéale pour visiter la région et idéal pour randonnées. En effet notre location fut également, une agréable surprise, telle que sur la photo , vous n'aurez aucune mauvaise surprise en vous y rendant, il vous suffira, juste de profiter pleinement de tout ce qu'elle vous offre, sa propreté, son agencement, son calme et sa chaleur de vivre.Bien situé proches de touts commerces et commodités , propriétaires très accueillants , accueillie par une bonne bouteille de vin d'oranges amères "un délice" ! Une petite parenthèse les commerçants et habitants de la ville sont très aimables. Un grand merci aux propriétaires de l'appartement Mme et sa fille.

Vacances a la montagne

Idéalement placé au coeur du village, l'appartement est tres bien équipé et décoré avec énormément de soin et de gout. Nous étions à quelques metres du départ de beaucoup de belles randonnées. Revenir a Saint Martin sera notre projet de l'année prochaine pour profiter de ces montagnes magnifiques et de ces soirées estivales très variées.

Impeccable, fonctionnel et idéalement situé

Une location très propre, bien entretenue. Une literie neuve. Un espace bien aménagé, une salle d'eau confortable et une cuisine optimalement équipée. Au centre du village, à quelques mètres des boulangeries, cafés, restaurants et boutiques ... au point de départ de randonnées et des parcours de la station trail. Idéal pour profiter du village, pour randonner, pour s'entraîner !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Pas le temps de s'ennuyer avec toutes les activités liées a la montagne et présente a Saint Martin. Le studio est super bien situé au coeur du village. Vacances a Saint martin Vesubie

L'appartement est superbement placé dans le centre du village. Il est tres bien équipé, la literie est en excellent état et rien ne manque. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances entre les randos raquettes, les randos skis, les visites, le ski alpin, etc....Il ne manque rien comme activités a ce magnifique village. Les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques et leur apéritif de bienvenue est délicieux ! Nous reviendrons surement en plein été pour découvrir la Vésubie sous un autre aspect
