This well appointed and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located mid-way between popular Middleton Beach and Albany's bustling city centre.

This area is very quiet and tranquil. A variety of birds visit the pond and trees on the grounds. There's also a patio, lawn area and bbq.

Middleton Beach is about 1.6 km away, great for a swim, whale watching, or a meal. Eyre's Park is on the way, a great spot for a family outing or a picnic lunch. Naked Bean cafe is just a few hundred metres away.
